I was very excited when China first announced the Shanghai to Beijing high-
speed line; It seemed like a great and reliable way to travel between the
two cities without having to go through all the hassles at the airport.
But after the line was launched and its speed lowered for safety reasons, I
realized that flying was still cheaper, quicker, and safer. I see why the

大概从一个月前发现左下腹疼痛，就是和肚脐平行靠近腰的位置，有时还放射到相同位
置的背侧疼。不分时候，白天晚上都会时不时的疼，没有规律。刚发现是站起来走路时
加重。这几天几乎一直疼。
• 疼痛一周后去见obgyn，给physically 检查了子宫什么的，说正常。
• 一周后疼痛不减，就给做了妇科的B超，也都正常。
• 又过了一周，做urine test排除肾结石，也negative.
• 当时obgyn说他能想到的一个可能是endometriosis, but need to use
laprascopy to confirm. 因为是创伤性的检查，不建议马上做。 所以先做了个之后又
做了腹部CT （oral and IV contrast）, 结果总的说也正常。具体内容如下。我怀疑
是不是liver cyst 造成的？上周我没有觉得特别不舒服。可是从周六开始，腹部疼痛

compared to USA.
We think it really helped to reduce pain as he did not feel acute pain the
whole time before he left us. We read about someone's post on Huaren and
decided to try it.
It probably helped extend his life as the tumor on his pancreas was fully
killed. but it was already transferred to other organs when it was first
diagnosed. He lived more than the average 6-12 month for stage 4 pancreatic

患者44岁，男，6年前因为肝癌做了肝移植 （符合米兰标准），之后无灾无病好几年。
去年2016年初发现轻微贫血，血色素12，因为当时在服小剂量阿司匹林，于是停服，看
看有没好转。托托拉拉到了年底，还是贫血，血色素10.5。医生说做个内镜。于是在胃
内发现一个肿瘤，内镜医生直觉是GIST。随后CT，但CT却没有异常。4月初第二次胃镜
，GIST依然还在，取样活检表明可能肝癌转移或者是非常罕见的HAC。第二次CT 报告大
小46x35mm，说比较第一次32mm变大了。可能第一次看片医生那天喝多了？肿瘤位置在
Fundus，非常接近GOJ。
AFP好久没有查了，因为肝上的情况一直很好，肝移植前AFP 100多，移植后AFP一直小
于2。上一次至少是2，3年前。也是疏忽了。现在AFP 254. 显然胃上这个要么是转移，
要么是HAC。
下周二医生还要安排一次PETCT，周三见外科医生，估计排除转移外就安排切除了。 求
这里的专家教授指点，这个情况如何是好？下面我贴上最近几个报告。
