癌的两个基因的Assay。现在有很多在做differential gene expression,然后找出一个
Biomarker Panel申请专利。 有人告诉我不能申请专利，因为基因是自然界存在的东西
。但是我看了美国专利局的解释，基因不能申请专利，但是cDNA是可以的，也就是说如
果从RNA入手，做出一个Biomarker Panel是可以申请专利的。专利是关于基因表
达的

也不知道是为什么。
于是，我检查了浏览器设置， encoding 是gb2312。
再检查windows区域和语言，非ascii显示中文。
最后看了java自己的plug-in control panel (我的java自己的plug-in control panel
竟然是中文的！），觉得是不是可以通过设置"Java runtime 参数"来解决问题？
有没有高手知道呀？ |

I used layered pane to put my panel on and animator to slide it.
I also made my panel semitransparent.
it works nicely, however, with lots of work on repaint issues.
we later decided to use splitpane. IMO it not looks as good as the previous
implementation.
just a couple of days ago I come across JDock on web, it seems to be the one
I was looking for. https://swing-bug.dev.java.net/
I didn't look deep into it but it seems their demo works.

config和NT。有一个站点里收集了很多这样的工具，当然大同小异。
startup control panel是NT下的control panel extension.我觉得
满不错的。 |

logit啊？

是不是这种情况只能自己run一个first stage，然后用xtlogit？但是好像这样搞
standard error就不对了。。。

牛赐教。
一般课本上的预测模型，比如一些机器学习的算法，都是row：observation，column：
features。然后每一列都是一个random variable。
但实际我遇到的问题是，又多了一个时间轴：上面的这个obs*feature的data只是固定
一个时间点的切面。需要解决的问题是怎么进行预测。
开始我特别迷茫，后来听人家说这叫做panel data，也就是item*feature*time。我似
乎听说过，在计量经济学的领域。不过计量经济学貌似都是一些线性模型。
我想知道，现在预测模型这么发达，比如LASSO，RT，GBM，SVM，NN，乃至于Deap
learning，有没有能够应用在这种Panel data上的？有没有什么文献可以参考？
实际的一些经验：
- 很显然，这种data 不是iid的。相邻时间的observation可能有关系，肯定需要利用
一下吧。有些问题的item之间也有联系，这种联系也可能要利用一下。

5 inch monitor. I have seen lower for 20 inch or lower for refurbished but
not new 21.5 inch.
Be warned, this is a low end monitor, go for the $ per size, not bells and
