group root，CA06携带毒株）和H3（B group root， WH04携带毒株）。我把这两个毒
株跟RaTG13还有pangolin-CoV比对了一下，提出以下新冠来源和早期演化的理论：
1. SARS-CoV-2的自然宿主是一种蝙蝠体内类似于RaTG13的bat-CoV。这个病毒（RaTG13
-like-CoV）和RaTG13是亲戚，但两者基因组序列有很多自然突变造成的差异。
2. 蝙蝠接触穿山甲导致RaTG13-like-CoV感染穿山甲。RaTG13-like-CoV可能在穿山甲
体内长期存在积累突变，然后与穿山甲体内的pangolin-CoV发生重组，导致S蛋白可以
识别穿山甲ACE2受体。重组后的病毒（RaTG13like-pangolin-CoV）按理说已经具备传
播人的能力，这个病毒在穿山甲体内可以继续突变影响病毒的毒性。

划（英语：Human Genome Project, HGP）是一项规模宏大，跨国跨学科的科学探索工
程。其宗旨在于测定组成人类染色体（指单倍体）中所包含的30亿个碱基对组成的核苷
酸序列，从而绘制人类基因组图谱，并且辨识其载有的基因及其序列，达到破译人类遗
传信息的最终目的。此计划在研究人类过程中建立起来的策略、思想与技术，构成了生
命科学领域新的学科——基因组学，可以用于研究微生物、植物及其他动物。 1970年
，从基因编辑技术诞生以来，人类就打开了控制物种自然演变的潘多拉魔盒。对人类基
因组的研究在70年代已具有一定的雏形，在80年代在许多国家已形成一定规模。 1984
年在Utah州的Alta,WhiteR and Mendelsonhn M受美国能源部(DOE）的委托主持召开了
