杀人时22岁的吉煦(Nicole Kish)对自己被控的谋杀罪名不认罪。她涉嫌2007年8月10日在多伦多街头乞讨时用刀刺伤32岁的安省圣凯瑟琳(St. Catherines)男子韩蒙德(Ross Hammond)。
当年与吉煦一起乞讨并卷入刺死哈德曼的三名美国女子遭控恶性伤人罪，她们已经被驱逐回美国。
受害人韩蒙德与一名友人2007年8月9日午夜时分在尼加拉街(Niagara St)附近皇后西街走动时，吉煦向韩蒙德讨钱，此前韩蒙德刚从附近一个银行自动取款机上取出一笔钱。

呵呵，你还是没摸清门。军营不开放的部分，你站门口那里就是军事管理区了，那里人
家有权不让你拍的。你要站到属于City的道路或草坪上拍那个门，他们不会管你。
你真想拍的话，告诉你那附近FL、GA有几个地方，FL panhandle那里有两个海军航空
兵基地，都是部分开放的，开放的地方可以随便进随便拍，其中一个很有名，
在Pensacola，就是Blue Angles的总部，不过那里也有不开放区，不开放区没有
checkpoint，别误入了。GA那边有个Robins空军基地，就在I-75旁边，有路标，
也是部分开放的，开放的部分可以随便拍，开放的部分主要是些老飞机，新点的有F15
之类的，F22没有。F22想拍的话基本都得去航展，或者到Dayton的莱特空军基地，

拉伯克北纬32度，与中国的南京纬度相当。拉伯克海拔1000米，我来这俩礼拜跑了几天
三千米，确实上气不接下气，含氧量略低一点点，后来就习惯了。
我喜欢干燥，我是北方人，不喜欢阴天下雨，拉伯克满足了我这个喜欢，拉伯克全年
285天晴天，在全美也超过平均值了，跟加州的山鸡差不多。拉伯克降水量全年仅520毫
米，跟天津差不多，拉伯克的雨集中在5、6、7、8、9月，其他月份根本没雨，天津的
雨季集中在6、7、8三个月。拉伯克全年湿度平均下来50%，天津是64%
拉伯克是美国的第十大风城，全年有100天的平均风速超过21公里每小时。天津都没这

这样搞得话，中国大学，科研机构的核磁，还有需要超低温的超导研究那摊子，
直接趴窝；中国医院的核磁共振仪等等，也直接歇菜了。
事实上，2007年，美国将氦气核定为战略物资而作出限制粗氦产量、限制氦气出口量等
一些举措来保护美国本土的氦气资源。导致全球液氦价格由原来60～80元/每升，
上涨到目前200元/每升以上，更是一度飙升到300元/升。现在价格已经超过300块了。
美国这边的英制单位和标准单位换算很蛋疼，但是价格飙涨是很明显的。
2018年9月1日的消息， 新出的氦气拍卖价格比一年前又涨了135%。
看看美国人卖氦气本事，再看看中国有水快流，贱卖稀土的水平，贸易战的结局
恐怕好不了。
