下来呢？syslogd之类无法记录最后几条消息，/var/log/message和/var/log/kern.log

最后panic前的dump。虽然kernel panic dump会往console上显示，但是我的程序在实

prozac所属的SSRI这一类药可以兼治，但这类药不可以高兴了就不吃，是要长期服用至
少一两个月才有效的。如果对prozac副作用大，有很多其他的同类型药可以选择。所以
最好在psychiatrist指导下选好合适的药物。此外让内科医生复查钾，如果很低就须要

ASHR从55掉到48，感觉还好，不惊慌
掉到45，开始后悔贪长期税，50多的时候没卖。
这周一掉到42，看到国内周一走的还可以，觉得可以捞了，加仓
国内周二期指跌停，觉得除非国内周三期指接着跌停，ASHR差价稳吃，美国周二继续买
ASHR
国内周三期指真跌停了，panic了，先是觉得国内周三虽然期指跌停，但小票活跃了起
来，应该至少到短期底了，上午加仓ASHR。下午每股大盘跳水带着ASHR接着跌，心里又
想着期指跌停，国内周四不妙。然后割了周一周二的ASHR，买了剩下的ASHR同仓位
的CHAD。
国内周四期指涨停。
美国周五我哭。 |

上到底是怎么回事，觉得可能是panic attack. 大家请帮忙判断一下。
基本症状每次都有的就是：1）感觉自己浑身很难受觉得可能要死了的感觉，最初不名
情况的时候让家人给我到糖水喝，没什么用；2）非常非常渴，要喝很多水，可是还是
很渴；3）手脚冰凉，严重的时候胳膊开始发麻，最严重的是后脖颈也开始发麻；4）呼
吸很急促；5）有两次出冷汗，有三次没出汗；6）持续5－10分钟，慢慢缓过来，然后
特别无力。再过几分钟浑身恢复正常。有两次特别想去大号，别的几次没有。
下面是几次发作的情形：
第一次：2005年底，怀着老大的时候（大概是怀孕6个月左右），早饭吃了以后坐在书
桌前看书做论文，突然觉得一种恐慌，手脚冰凉手臂麻木，因为我一个人，赶紧趁能打
电话的时候拨911,等了3－5分钟救护车来的时候我已经好些了。出了一身冷汗。想去大

自从用Boot Camp装了一个Windows 7， 经常出现Kernal Panic， 不得不强制重启; 这
时候才想起来Office的好，貌似iWork是没有给自动保存文档的。
用DiskUltilties 整理过了，有时候还是半个小时或者一个多小时使用之后就死机；最
可气的是我经常要用它整夜的算MPI的程序，我把显示屏亮度调整到了最低然后睡觉去
，第二天发现休眠的白灯亮着，但是死活不可以唤醒，只好又强制重启……还有的情况
是我用data visualization 的软件，读入好几个G大小的data时，也会莫名其妙的
kernal panic。
是不是BootCamp的问题呢？我自己换了4G内存，但是之前没有任何问题阿
P。S。刚刚升级了10.6.2希望有所好转 |

more people there to answer your question about panic attacks.
Anxiolytics are used for panic disorders (anxiety and insomnia). Drugs like
ativan, valium and vanax are applied to you. But these drugs have many side
effects and even adverse reactions. So these drugs are not recommended to use
for a long time.
The most important thing is to learn your effective coping skills, which is
