标 题: 买 snow pant 还是买 overall 的好

今天天气回暖了一点, 又刚下了一阵雪, 就让孩子放学在外面
玩雪, 顺便也叫邻居几个小孩过来玩, 来之前告诉大人是让小孩玩
雪, 所以都穿了 snow pant 过来. 她们又弄 snow angel,
又玩 sled, 又堆雪人, 还把雪丘当slide, 玩了两个多小时, 穿 overall
snow pant 的没怎么湿, 不是overall的比较湿, 还有一条好象比较薄的
两层的snow pant 是完全湿透... 我问她们平时在学校小息的时候也是躺在
雪地上 make snow angel 的吗? 回答 always. 看来一条质量好的
snow pant 是必不可少的, 最好是 overall, 又暖和又不会跑雪进去. |

1，你娃多大，要是不到2岁，会比较费劲一点，过了2岁立马容易多了。我娃2岁前2个
月试过，完全没用，2岁后2个月再战，居然完全不同的反应和效果。
2，据说最好不要用training pants，就用普通pants，娃反而有感觉。这是我娃
childcare老师说的，让多准备备用衣物。脏了她们给换。我自己也是发现穿它和
diaper是一样的，娃知道可以尿在里面，穿上pants她就知道不能尿。
3，奖励制度很重要，特别是初始阶段。我娃也是3个月前training的，第一个月
accidents多一点，其实是头2周多一点，然后连着2周很好，我就停了奖励，然后就反
复了3周，后来我又恢复奖励制度，效果是立竿见影，最近一个多月都很不错，尤其最
近几周都是主动告知要上厕所，现在我已经停止了奖励，目前还没有反复。
4，巧虎的自己上厕所这集很不错。我娃是反复看过听过很多次，她现在常常是自己一
边唱着巧虎的歌一边去卫生间去的。
5，不知道培养孩子尿和臭臭都很脏的概念有没有用。我自己没有刻意培养这点，不知
道娃怎么学到的，她后来偶尔不小心尿裤子了，我要是没有立马给她脱下来... 阅读全帖 |

在体育馆跳操, 买了几款Yoga pant, 都是洗几次腰部就松了, 平常穿还行, 跳操就往
下掉. 我只有165, 好多Yoga pant穿起来都太长了. 还有就是很多Yoga pant都是腰部
fold over. 不太懂为什么这么设计.
Anyway,有知道的给推荐个牌子, 还有在哪买比较核算. 谢谢. |

膝带在compression pants外，pants都很紧身的。

用了两次LAVA Pants感觉真是个神奇啊。
整个游泳的感觉都不一样了，不但速度快了，而且阻力小、省劲儿了。
第一次穿还不是很习惯，还按照原来的方法游，结果节奏完全不对了，因为划水次数少
了，之前25yd，单手划水10-11次，之后是9-10次。
我的训练是100yd一组，之后休息一会儿，等心率降低后再游100yd，一共游10组1000yd。
没穿LAVA Pants前，平均1：53每100yd（二次打腿）。
第一次穿的时候2014-3-10：有了500yd发现完全不累，之后改成6次/4次打腿，越来越快

I've bought these pants for years and I can't remember getting them this

，然后穿普通的透气running pants。想试试compression pants，compression pants
保暖性如何？尤其是膝盖部位。有没有膝盖部位加厚的款？

around in the snow with my friend's dogs... To protest against the elements
I wore a pair of decent looking "North Face" ski pants I bought from China.
The material looks sturdy enough...
Then my dog jumped up and her claw went down the ski pants... and went
slashing through it like it was nothing. I guess the cold made this crap
material very brittle.
The moral of the story is: Don't buy fake ski pants from China |
