5月4日的多马撞墙后开始恢复骑车上下班，这算是我的骑车训练。P5装了ZIPP 808和
tubular管胎半年了还没有骑过，所以跟两年前的Welland半马很像，也是比赛上来试新
玩具（轮组），希望两年前的杯具不再重演。
跑步主要靠冬天备战多马的训练，多马后的三周每周只跑了一次7公里10公里什么的，
前两周每周跑两次三次，没有什么特别有质量的训练，也就是跑步上下班这种维持性的
easy run。
游泳自从老三出来后就停了，两周前才开始恢复游开水，一周前开始回游泳池。赛前两
个周末去Lake Wilcox，发现穿LAVA PANTS比穿full wetsuit快，最后一次开水2公里只
用了40分钟多一点儿，所以决定比赛穿LAVA PANTS。

我觉得这个样式就叫Harem pants，至少源于Harem pants。Harem pants 也分很多款的
。有很多没有那么夸张。我几个月前在中国时很多店都在卖这种不太夸张穿起来很时尚

indoor.
you will need a snow pant that is slightly over sized.
wear pant that makes you comfort in heated indoor, like jeans.
then, put on the over sized snow pant. it will keep you warm outdoor.
once you get to the office, just take off the snow pant. |

无业黑混混为了抢手机，40多刀捅死大学生，完了还猛踢尸体头部泄愤，随后把整个车

全车乘客引颈就戮，无一出手干预。倒是有乘客主动交钱买命，还有人说“我没看你脸
，不要杀我”
这个混混，是周末刚刚因为袭警逮捕，杀人当天才释放的。
不许拥枪，不许正当自卫。liberal统治下，结局就是这种恐怖世界。

some brand and models for the following? I will just go buy from this list.

手拉去和当地的4.5开了两盘双打，之后又打了两盘单打。今天的计划是到LA fitness
游水。
我靠，当地下午5点，gym里人太多了。看了看 游泳池只有3个lane，好像是25yard的。
