是說以色列這兩天在敘利亞擊毀了一座中國製的JY-27預警雷達、以及俄羅斯的Pantsir
-S1防空系統（北約命名「SA-22」），引起一些討論。許多人認為俄系武器在實戰中根
本不堪一擊，而中國號稱可以反制匿蹤戰機的雷達，連以色列的F-16戰機都偵測不到。

华社新德里电，印度卫生和家庭福利部国务部长阿什维尼·乔比日前表示，该国南部喀
拉拉邦近期流行的尼帕病毒已得到控制，民众没有必要逃离疫区，并称截至目前，喀拉
拉邦已有１７人死于尼帕病毒，但没有发生新的感染病例，死者家属均已采取隔离措施
。同日，上合组织峰会各国领导人签署《上海合作组织成员国元首关于在上海合作组织
地区共同应对流行病威胁的声明》，开启构建上合组织平台内部共同抵御生化袭击的新
征程，而目前有能力为上合组织成员国提供生化保护的只有中国。
在本次上合会议中，印度除了因为克什米尔问题没有明确表示支持一带一路以外，对其

长泰大玉少将就任总参谋部作战局局长、胡志明主席陵保卫司令部副司令兼参谋长裴海
