Athens, Greece (CNN) -- Talks between political leaders and the Greek
president ended Wednesday night with no announcement of a new prime minister
and no confirmation of the imminent resignation of Prime Minister George
Papandreou, the presidency said.
Talks will resume Thursday morning.
Papandreou's office earlier said he would hand in his resignation to the
country's president Wednesday, but the move was postponed at least until
Thursday.
