一个paraboloid,
f(u,v) = a*u^2 + 2*b*u*v + c*v^2,
在(u,v)平面上转过一个角度,就可以得到一个简化的表达式:
f(u,v) = m*u^2 + n*v^2,
请问该怎么求这个转角?
