应该是parago的，不一定有email，去查一下原来无效的状态变了没有，昨天下午到今
天下午我的几个都变了，但是只收到了一个email。昨天下午parago的客服还跟我说他
们没办法呢，让找norton。 |

请问是三星的supervisor还是做rebate的parago的supervisor，好像这种业务他们都包
给Parago做的，网页上只能找到发邮件给客服和online chatting的联系方式，请问怎
么找到supervisor的联系信息。。

发帖数: 111 | 8 上次我发的帖子找不到了，大概删了，和Kent交涉多次未果后，因着版友的提醒，我联
系了Kent发给我的同是一个地址做rebate的同学，结果发现他们大多都拿到rebate了，
于是我又回复Kent，和他说明这个事实并要求合理解释，当时也给BBB提交了complaint
。一周到了，Kent没有回复，但是BBB那边Parago给的回复是让我等待，我的rebate将
会被更改为valid。现在我的3个submission状态都是valid，等待final processing。
现在回想Kent是专门负责Parago处理BBB那边过来的事务的，是不是因为我直接和他交
涉，他并不能处理，他得等官方的BBB给的ticket才能算到业绩里，所以把可能帮我的
信息给我了。只是个人猜想。
也在版上看到其他同学说做三星rebate出现各种问题，我也觉得商家就是利用很多顾客
不愿意找麻烦的心理，以后我是不敢再尝试了，太费神了。感谢热心版友们的帮助！希
望以后我也能在版上帮到别人

I have read that McAfee through its rebate processor, Parago, has started to
enforce a one per product restriction on its rebates.
Submitting more than one rebate per product is not advised even if the
rebate has a different rebate number and different offer period.
The rebate invalidation message has been reported as "Your rebate request
did not pass our audit process".

RebatesHQ.com就是PARAGO办的。好无知，不信你自己到RebatesHQ.com输入staples ER
tracking试试就知道了。
而且，如果一张rebate check你不知道是哪个订单的（比如同样的东西买了几次），可
以从RebatesHQ.com查到哪个check对应哪个tracking number;详细的收到rebate的日期
和check deposit日期RebatesHQ.com也都有。
至于rebate，当年大把的Trend Micro FAR $65 $69.99, Kaspersky $50 每周limit 5
或者 10，Intuit PeachTree 几百的时不时会有，加上别的软件，打印机，随便做几年
谁都有几万。
随便举个例子，这两个是同时两周的，limit 5：

那住apartment的一幢楼是一个household了？
我联系了Parago处理BBB的Kent，据说通过BBB找到他要过很久，我直接给他发邮件了。
他回复说我们first line address一样的有很多人，他们目前无法给我们rebate，因为
我们是一个household的。
我想如果不把household的概念搞清楚，和他们纠缠再久也没有有力的论点。所以想请

发帖数: 1265 | 32 staples网上online rebate看似很简单，只需要输入order number就可以了，但是有很
高的概率被拒绝，显示为“invalid”，有时还会收到纸质信件，说什么材料不齐。这
时不必慌张，有两个方法可以很快拿到Ｒｅｂａｔｅ：
１． 在它的easy rebate网上contact us那里submit一个message（不用online chat
，好像经常没人值班，也很慢），填写必要信息：姓名，地址，tracking number等，
连文字解释都不用（我试图输入很长的解释，结果提交不了，说太长，缩短到一句话好
像都不行，最后干脆空白了）。然后就等着回复就好了。它说是２天回复，其实是会５
天回复。回复必然是告诉你何时把你的visa gc寄给你，rebate没有问题。
２． staples的rebate是外包给一家叫Parago的专门做rebate服务的公司的，打他家
客服也可以马上解决问题。
以上两种方法是网上有人提到的，本人亲自试过第一种，非常有效。总体来说，
staples的esay rebate还是比较靠谱的。 |
