在连案中主动挑唆的一方是臭名昭著的飞车党，其brake checking，碰瓷敲榨的劣迹是
大家熟知。在夏案中，主动是有同样臭名的城管。已有多个打伤打死人的新闻在前，网
上还有训练打人的城管培训手册。城管不是警察，本来没有法定对人施加暴力的权利。
连在刚发生第一次碰撞时是停下车准备按正常程序交涉的。夏在被带到城管办公室前也
是有配合态度的。
连在被攻击（轮胎被划破，车窗被砸）后为脱离危险才开车突围，在这过程中重伤Edwi
n Mieses（Paralyzed）. 夏也是在被攻击（有皮下瘀伤为证）后用刀突围，在这过程中
杀两人重伤一人。 有人说夏不该重伤刚进门的司机。其实这个司机也是城管组织里的，
虽没打夏，但不幸属于对他人造成威胁的一方，且正挡在被威胁者突围的路上。夏并没
有伤害任何不阻碍他逃出的城管，也没有伤害其他路人，显然杀人不是他的目的。Edwi

开来老外对肖的手术还是评价还是不错的，首先觉得很新颖很有趣，其次有些手术效果
不错，有的还有待观察。在2008年，这个手术在美国还是处于试验研究阶段，只对严重
瘫痪病人试用。

击我，不知道能不能顺利出庭。本来出庭的日期是6月21日8点30分。突然有人就告诉我
时间，地点都变了。当然，这些人主要的目的就是误导我，不让我顺利出庭，而且从明

另外肖试着在各处用法律武器来攻击方都失败了，不是官司失败，而是看起来方都是采
