e（比如哮喘）是通过改变Th1/Th2的平衡实现的，也有说和T-reg有关系的。怎么可能和
parasite物理上是不是通过呼吸道有关系啊。。。
打个比方 hookworm有n多的报道能治哮喘和一系列消化道的autoimmune disease (IBD,
Crohn's disease, etc)，如果哮喘是因为hookworm要通过呼吸道进入消化系统，那ho
okworm也能治消化道疾病又是什么原理呢？hookworm甚至还有报道能治multiphle scle
rosis这个脑袋里的autoimmune disease，难道是因为hookworm还要过血脑屏障？ |

1.switch应该越小越好，一间小parasitic cap，以及charge injection之类的效应。
2.cap越小，settle time越小，但mismatch，charge injection, parasitic of
switch影响越大，这样就影响了resolution。应该是tradeoff，需要iteration。
3.clock frequency就是sample frequency吧，不过是ADC，要有nonoverlap clocks.

敏的很少，是因为美国 parasitic diseases 非常少，IgE抗体 "get bored, so found
another job..."也就是参与 Type I Hypersensitivity reaction. 而发展中国家很
多parasitic diseases, IgE都跑去那里了，就没时间参加过敏反应了。(大意是这样，
老师讲的很粗)
我是第一次听到这个解释，觉得很有趣. 我简单的搜索了一下网上资料，好象也没有很
明确的解释。这里有很多牛人，大家讨论一下。和考试好像关系不大，但是这里的过敏

DDx. If it is Toxo, the more you kill the parasite, the worse the
inflammation systemically. You might really need to biopsy that "左脑囊肿"
to get a firm diagnosis and decide if steroid is nessesary.
I am also curious if there is any vision change. The eye is another common
site that Toxo tend to affect. If ophthalmologist can see intro-ocular live
