infopass了那边必须回复，所以就昨天收到了RFE。估计是模板，但还是心里没底想问
问童鞋们的建议。
自己的这一份说要新的medical exam，copy of birth certificate showing
parentage, current mailing address, written statement clarifying which Form
I-140 petition for adjustment of status （EB1A和NIW都获批了）.
另一半的那一份说是新的medical exam, document establishing your identity,

牵强。
如果CRUZ没有经过naturalization这个手续，如果不是natrual born，怎么解释他却是
美国公民？原作者搞了好多弯。但是我认为经不住推敲。automatic acquisition of
citizenship。那一个在美国生的（即狭义的符合natural born条款的人）也实际上是
automatic被赋予了citizenship。也是要经过测试：To become a citizen at birth,
you must have been born in the United States。所以多绕这个弯子并不hurt CRUZ

process。没有想到一天就批了140，approval letter是和receipt一起收到的。
接下来就是file 485，然后就换工作，跨州搬家。搬到新地后也打了指纹。一切还挺顺
利。最近收到USCIS的RFE的信，两人分别列了几条，其他的都还好办，只是关于出生公
证和结婚公证我们都是按照列出来的标准格式办的。国内两个城市的公证（中英文）都
是那样标准的4页，不过没有放原件的复印件。RFE里面是这样说的，“Submit a copy
of your birth certificate showing your parentage, which has been registered
with the proper civil authorities of the country of your birth." 。
对于这个已经交的公证还继续RFE，大家有没有什么建议？ 再把公证的复印件寄去？
还是再翻译一下原件（出生证明在国内找起来有不小难度）并请同学证明一下翻译正确

现在看来，国内的医学出生证，即使公证后，移民局也不认可啊。只是孩子来美国还小
，没有身份证。如果只有户口本单叶（集体户口），医院出生证明，如何才能办出生公
证啊。我和LD都觉得我们没有出生证明的大人，仅凭集体户口和身份证就办了出生公证
，孩子有了医院出生证明，却办不了出生公证？！ |

parentage, which has been registered with the proper civil authorities of
the country of your birth". 问题是我得出生公证就是在国内做的，上面有我爸（户
主）的名字，也有写我和户主的关系是父女。这是要求把我妈妈的名字也写上去吗？

我已经提供了公证处的5页的中英出生证明，为什么还要提供以下的东西？而且上面明
显是有父母姓名的。。。
如果真的需要医院的出生证明，怎么去找呢？还需要翻译和公证吧？在美国如何办？

发帖数: 58 | 48 提交485的时候，非常确定当时交了出生公证，还是原件。里面有照片，说明出生日期
，父亲母亲姓名，然后配有英文翻译，还有证明英文翻译与原文相符，加盖钢印、红章
。公证是当时出国时专门到公证处办理的。
不知道为什么还RFE "a copy of your birth certificate showing your parentage,
which has been registered with the proper civil authorities of the country
of your birth"?
或者如果移民官认为出生公证不算数，应该到哪里去开出生证明？有没有什么特殊格式
？是要家里开好，寄到美国再翻译找个notary？

If you could get your birth record from local office (police station), then
it makes sense that you should also be able to obtain a notarial certificate
from the notary public, doesn't it?
