作为不买保险的惩罚。
2. 改已收入为基准的医保补贴为年龄为基准的tax credit，年收入超过$75,000的也考

3. 增加医疗储蓄的上限。
4. 50人小公司雇主不用给员工买保险。
5. Planned Parenthood的补贴停止。
Obamacare的其他受欢迎的项目基本不变。 没有提到允许跨州购买保险。没有提到怎样
降低费用。没有提到怎样增加
病人选择医生的自由。

大家可以看到，“引导”这个词首先是由楼主的这个回帖提出来的，这个概念必须
根据这个回帖，而不能胡乱引申偷换称其他概念。因为我的后面的回帖也是根据楼
主的这个概念来的。
那么楼主这里所说的“引导”，究竟是什么意思呢。其实道理很简单，只不过某些

一个民族，种族，如果整体上失去了奋发努力的精神，不能自足，只能依附别人，后果
是多么可怕，脱离了旧庄园奴隶制的枷锁，又戴上了新票人奴隶制的栉栲。 |

发帖数: 5769 | 45 避孕药我可以说2句哈！一般medicaid都cover family planning的，就算你想做手术，
一样一分不用出。还有很多州立部门比如我们州planned parenthood，都是可以去拿免
费处方和避孕措施的。那边还保护病人资料，比如十来岁女孩去拿避孕药处方，家长根
本不会发现之类的。
要一直生的就是要拿福利的！ |
