I saw Fred was at the 3rd position, and I was at the fourth with a random
parnter.
The last hand that night, my partner opened a first postion 3c with a 6-digit
telephone number and played -2, while our 3H was cold. I couldn't complain
because earlier he launched a RKC with a side suit wide open and we scored the
slam :-). Luck was on :-)

发帖数: 1956 | 16 suunto 没有garmin workout的功能。这个用惯了garmin的可能会很不喜欢。
suunto 的时间同步，我觉得没有任何问题。有点白痴的是不能自动改夏令时，需要连
一次电脑。改时区也要电脑的先改了，才能同步到表上。
现在suunto ambit提供了app的功能，非常非常初级，就是简单的加减乘除后算个某个
值，然后实时显示。比如suunto没有vitual partner，你可以自己搞类似的vitual
parnter显示时间差和距离差。当然只能搞恒定速度。现在很多小小apo还是挺不错的
我觉得这个功能还是很好的，说不能下一代suunto gps watch就都是可编程了 :-)
至少支持某个简单的script是可期待的。 |

先说说我的第一场3.0失利,以后有时间,有心情的话再接着吹其它的 :)
2006是我的第一年USTA,其实我以前根本不知道有这玩意,只是我的tennis partner有一
天带我去他的team practice,我自己也想认识更多人,就跟着去了.刚开始,给一对3.5
double把我和我的partner打得找不到边,心想好吧,自己也就是最多3.0的水平了.然后
糊里糊涂就加入了我parnter的3.0 team.心想反正每次team practice都可以跟这么多
不同人打也值得.
以前我也提过,我那时候都是靠soccer skill来打tennis,满场飞 |

这个教程虽然没有FYB的那么详细但是也很好，包括1HBH也有详细的介绍
发球 除了 toss pronation 外 最重要的是往上发，如果你的速度上不去 ，
尝试kick and top spin is not a bad idea.
很多时候这个东西还是得练习，找个真心想提高的parnter很重要 ，不要什么都是对抽
，比赛。
另外就是我常用的找好的camcorder 自己看，比较pro 的区别，去改进 。 |
