十一月一日星期日，法国的部份法轮功学员在艾菲尔铁塔下的人权广场举行了炼功和向
公众讲述法轮功受迫害的真相活动，并向来自世界各地的游人和法国民众征集签名，反
对中共活摘法轮功学员器官，在全球范围内控告迫害元凶江泽民。
明慧记者周文英巴黎报导，很多游客都是第一次听说法轮功及在中国遭遇的迫害，当他
们得知在中国法轮功学员修炼真、善、忍遭到各种迫害、酷刑折磨，甚至被活体摘取器
官时，无不震惊，人们纷纷在征签表上签字，支持法轮功学员的行动，并希望早日将江
泽民送上法庭审判，让事实真相大白于天下。

Energy，是6个月的fixed rate电和气，free sign,free early cancellation，但还是
不是很放心，想问一下在NJ住的大家知道这个不？到底是怎么弄的，我算了一下也就能
便宜一点点~ 气是$0.599/therm, 电是$9.06cent/KWH, 想请教用这个到底好不好？？

中重要的一类就是“知识企业家”，他们是捍卫和促进自由的重要力量。
哈耶克在《知识分子与社会主义》里写过“我们需要知识领导者来抵御权力和影响力的
魅惑”。那么什么是知识企业家或者知识领导者？我在《驯服利维坦》中将思想库作为
知识企业家创立的“企业”，以便在观念市场中占据份额，创造价值。化用奥地利学派
关于企业家的看法，知识企业家的“创新能力”无非是说集中在思想市场上，在这个市
场里进行创新，包括创造新的观念和思想，在既有思想市场上发现新的机会，并且能利
用资源拓展思想市场。
在弗里德曼看来，知识企业家的作用是创造新的政策选项并使之成为可行的选项。“只
有真切实在的危机才会带来真正的变革。当危机发生时，所采用的行动依靠众所周知的
观念。我相信这就是我们的根本作用：为既存的政策开发新的选择，使得新的选择既可
