1.从凤凰城出发到Flagstaff就不说了, google map一下就行
2.到Flagstaff,不想去大峡谷逛逛的就转40号向西, 想去的就顺着17号进Flagstaff,顺
着S. Milton Rd 开, 右转向东顺接89号公路. 去大峡谷的童鞋们请在Flagstaff加满油
3.顺着89号公路向北,然后接64号向西, 如果您到了Cameron了,请不要犹豫掉转车头.在
64号上开15-20分钟, 在你的右手边有个景点,有印地安人的一个露天Market. 可以看看
, 顺便歇歇. 然后继续64号向西. 然后到了大峡谷的收费处, 一辆车是25刀. 进了大峡
谷后,有很多个风景点,我就不说了,各人有各好. 不过,最让我感叹的是大乌鸦,有大概
一只母鸡那么大.很有爱.
4.顺着64号向西到头了,就说明要出大峡谷了, 然后还是 64号向南, 接40号向西. 下一

Hahn，那个机场还好远。到Frankfurt的车程和到卢森堡差不多。
正好可以趁她来前，在外面多逛逛。

double纯粹就是锻炼，完成一个目标。
不过误打误撞的进入了ultracycling, 看到有专门的association, http://www.ultracycling.com/, 有很多超长距离的比赛， 包括triple century,PBP (Paris Brest Paris), phttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paris%E2%80%93Brest%E2%80%93Paris
国内有类似的千里马（24小时完成500公里）， PBP （90小时1200公里）
多伦多周围没有可以晚上安全骑车的地方，将来可能会尝试去美国中西部骑车，争取24
小时能完成一个triple. |

如果雙腿天生是麻杆腿，要練粗，也要與上身相稱才好，要全身勻稱。
負重下蹲，也許能夠快速把麻杆腿練粗。
但是，負重下蹲。只能練到腿的某些部位。
芭蕾課練腿是全方位的：包括并腿FIRST POSITION下蹲，邁開腿FIFTH POSITION下蹲，
前側後擦地和伸腿，前側後小踢腿大踢腿，還有各種複雜的前側後踢腿和各種腿部運動
。目的包括：鍛煉大小腿前側後上下的肌肉，力度，柔韌性，靈活性。教練說過，就是
要練到你們可以用一條腿站立，提起另一條腿做動作，而保持平衡。目的不是爲了把腿
練粗，然而，結果卻是煉成粗腿和翹臀，既健壯又靈活，有彈跳力，輕盈。你看看下面
的上課內容就知道了。
芭蕾班，像一個軍事訓練班一樣，芭蕾教練是教頭，很嚴格，經常罵人的（對事不對人
）。一個班30個人，站成幾排，教練盯著，全部人都整齊劃一地隨著鋼琴曲做動作，不
得偷懶，不可投機。一練就是兩個鐘頭，中間沒有休息。汗流浹背。
如果你的城市有成人芭蕾班，你可以去看看熱鬧。不一定要加入。開開眼界也好。不喜
