出发就晚点了一个小时，我们的飞机小的不能再小了。到达多伦多转机就只剩下半个小
时了，从飞机上直接走到地上，没有旋梯，晕头转向都看不到一个登机口。恨不得跑步
1公里，真知道多伦多机场有多大了！
还要办入关手续，还是好人多，当我们说下个班机还有20分钟的时候，好多人给闪出了
一条路，优先入了关，都想放弃的时候，导航的工作人员鼓励说，坐大客车，5分钟就
到我们的登机口。上了车马上跟司机说登机时间已到，于是马上开动，下了车进了候机
厅直奔登机口，这时候就听到大喇叭里开始喊我们的名字了。
结果妹妹的班机也晚点了。还好，走了紧急入关线，赶上了飞机。
终于相聚在卡尔加里--妹妹在上个世纪第一次出国的地方！落基山北麓最美的一段！
兄弟姐妹，手足情深，暴风骤雨，千里相随！
第二天，6月24号，在两个小帅哥的陪同下幸福的游走在Banff 和Yoho两个国家公园之
间。感谢天气是那么的给力，蓝蓝的天空带着多一点嫌多少一点嫌少的美丽云朵，无可

这事得从《联合国海洋法公约》说起。联合国海洋公约，United Nations Convention
on the Law of the Sea， 从1958年开始谈判，到1982年谈判完成，前后折腾了25年时
间。谈判完成后，正式批准生效遵守的国家有60个，中国于1996年批准承认并遵守这一
破公约。目前这个公约有到目前有152个国家缔约，但很多与海洋无关，只是签约赚便
宜而已。
美国在张罗忽悠各国签署加入这一公约后，自己却以国会不批准为由，决绝履行这一公
约。原因是美国引用其总统杜鲁门在1945年第二次世界大战结束时宣布的美国领海基线
为大陆架的原则不变。至于这大陆架到底延伸到距离海岸多远的地方，美国从来不说。
《联合国海洋法公约》事实上是海上强权刻意绑架世界各海洋国家让出一条不受每个国

民數記的英文名字就是數目(Number)。所以在民數記裡，我們要特別注意相關的數
目，一切出現的數目，都有其屬靈的意義。因為我們的神是一位對數目非常清楚，作事
一點都不含糊的神。
當一個人犯罪得罪神時，如果他得罪神的同時，也虧負了人，那他就要把虧負的事
項，換算成銀兩，用1.2倍來償還。也就是全額賠償以外，還須加上20%作為利息來賠還。
如果這人得罪神的項目，不牽涉到虧負人，那他就要把虧負神的事，換成銀兩奉獻
