车保险分两种，liability和premium， 也就是所谓的半保和全保，liability只能用于
发生事故后赔付对方的损失（如果是你的过错的话），premium里面则包括了liability
,body injury,collision damage......多种保险，既可以赔付对方，也可以赔付自己
。如果自己有车的话而且买了保险的话，这个应该都知道。（有车没保险的，先去买了
保险再往下看吧。。。。。）明白了这个，下面的就不难理解了。
租车公司卖的保险有两种，一种是collision damage waiver（CDW），也就是说，出了
事故，无论谁的责任，你有无保险，你都不用负责你租的车的损伤，租车公司自己承担
责任。但是这个保险只能保租车公司的车的损伤，其他一概不管。

假设加拿大官方文件提到In-Transit Pre-Clearance Facility (ITPCF)和众所周知的
us cbp Pre-Clearance Facility是指同一个东西。
那么，加拿大官方的表述和美国官方的表述用词不同，加拿大官方发明了新的词汇，导
致旅客混淆。同时，加拿大官方和加航又针对这同一个facility发布了不同的工作时间
，导致旅客混淆。这里面至少有一个时间是错的。我们以yvr为例来分析：

一个guaranteed的cabin最多只能装两人。

后面我可以输入3个travlers的信息。（两个大人，一个小孩）
然后加上税，算出来3个人798。
我的疑问不是：我这样订到的cabin是怎么回事？是一家3口在一个cabin？那它上面那句
