He didn't explain why he kept their relationship
for so long. The only possible explaination that
will work for him is that the pastor has two-face.
when He gave speeches without Obama attending, he
gave hateful speeches. and when Obama wass around
the sermons, he gave peaceful and non-controversial
speeches. That is kinda hard to work on.

。GE和primary太不一样了。初选选民都是偏右的，至少是中间派。出点篓子也不要紧
。大选比较难办，太右肯定不行，本来base就比主党小。往中间靠，拉LGBT，拉妇女票
就可能丢conservative。当初小布什爆炒堕胎是为了巩固base，现在对GOP候选人来说
反而成了麻烦。目前形势必须和GOP establishment 做一定的妥协整合共和党资源。明
显老床也意识到了。扶正Manafort就是一个信号。另外他今天在纽约闭门会议会见900

说实话，我对中医是不太相信的，不是因为中医完全没用。而是因为不是建立在科学体
系上的，基于实验得出原理。中医所谓理论基本就是脑袋凭空想象出来。有用的时候也
基本是误打误撞，长期有效后总结为经验，但只要条件稍一变化就失效了。因为基本的
原理不是基于实验的。
好了，回到主题，父母现在很想让我吃虫草，但是我不想吃，而且我也希望他们不要吃
。好好的吃日常食物，可以适当再加一些维生素片，而不要吃冬虫夏草这些东西。
所以想找一些根据，网上信息太乱了，想请有专业背景的人大致说说，冬虫夏草真的有
用么？或者如果没用，是不是至少无害呢（水里煮熟了吃）？如果至少无害，那么就当
placebo吃了。
国内有些东西实在太乱了，比如什么防辐射服，完全就是靠人们缺乏安全感的心理赚钱

在宝宝版总是看到很多妈妈泵奶喂宝宝，或者抱怨下奶不够，或者抱怨和宝宝亲热的机
会不够多，我一直很想说，姐妹们尽量胸喂吧，胸喂很多问题都解决了。
从宝宝生下来就尽量胸喂的妈妈奶水大都是够的，开始就泵的妈妈往往因为泵奶器不如
宝宝吸得空而造成产奶减少，宝宝不够吃就加奶粉，加奶粉导致产奶进一步减少（供需
平衡）造成恶性循环。而且很多妈妈抱怨乳头疼，让宝宝过早吸奶瓶，造成宝宝不爱吃
胸喂，更加不会正确的吸吮方式，妈妈更疼，最后宝宝直接拒绝妈妈乳头。还有的妈妈
让婆婆来照顾，抱怨婆婆不让自己抱孩子，可是胸喂是最好的和宝宝建立亲子联系的机
会，如果妈妈坚持胸喂的话可以和宝宝单独相处，婆婆怎么能够剥夺喂奶的时间？
不少妈妈觉得胸喂很疼，确实有的妈妈乳头敏感宝宝有吸得太用力，可是胸喂绝对是苦
尽甘来。我刚生宝宝第一天晚上就被宝宝把乳头吸破流血，好了又破好了又破，过了几

我家老大那会，因为没条件，就一个房间，所以没有分房；夜里老公起来很多次，因为
我产后身体太差，所以宝宝哭闹的时候常让老公管。不误导大家，老公还是好老公，当
时对老大的照顾是非常尽心尽力的。
马上生老二，老公说如果他睡眠实在太差，能不能分房睡。我很生气！虽然婆婆这次来
帮忙，但是婆婆不能取代老公，对不？何况婆婆只能白天照看，晚上宝宝闹腾，不是还
得有人照看。
我个人觉得我从来都不娇气，家里大大小小的事情我都愿意干，现在还没生，上班干活
，什么事情都不耽误，身体也很好，无任何异常。孩子在我肚子里，我也没麻烦老公，
每次产检都是我自己去（除了两次大B超）。
但是因为上次产后风湿加上身体恢复特别慢，所以这次特别害怕。我现在家务能做都做
，累点都无所谓，但是我跟老公说了产后月子里我不做家务，这样让婆婆心理有个准备
；月子里宝宝睡眠没有白天黑夜的概念（根据老大的经验），就算喂奶是我的责任，但

双职工家庭，小孩才2-3岁。我是女方。
家里老人只有一方愿意出来帮忙（从坐月子开始，一直都是我父母出来帮忙）。他的父
母“据说”年老了不能出来，但是却在国内帮忙快40岁的大女儿做了一切家务。
我父母在的时候，我老公一点点家务都不需要做，除了周末开车带老人去买菜，因为我
要在家看着孩子。
我俩目前收入差不多，当然我只是个没前途的小职员，他是有前途的postdoc。
我父母呆半年就要回国半年。本来我觉得他应该分担一点家务。
但是上周末摊牌说，男人不应该做婆婆妈妈的琐碎的家务，但是可以做抬水换灯泡，修
电脑等我不能干的活。
请钟点工，送小孩回国半年，或者离婚这些都有讨论过了，请大家不需要再讨论了。
我就是想请教一下在美国中国人的家庭的家务模式都是大概怎么分配的。
当然我父母上一辈都是双职工，但是女方做了绝大多数的家务的，所以我父母和他父母
