武汉协和医院多名妇产科医生被查出患有甲状腺癌一事引起了舆论很大的关
注。即使普通人也不难理解，多名同一科室的医生集中爆发一种并不常见的非传
染性疾病，只能说明其工作环境有问题。但有的专业人士却不这么认为。除了院
方简单地发表了一个声明声称工作环境检测结果正常外，更有人试图从理论上证
明甲状腺癌高发与电离辐射无关。
武汉协和医院乳腺甲状腺外科黄韬教授认为，射线不是甲状腺癌发病主因，
更不是唯一原因。医学上所说的由射线引发甲状腺癌，特指广岛长崎核爆和切尔
诺贝利核泄漏以后，幸存者中的癌症发病人群。

journals like J clin pathol, pathology, exp mol pathol, histol histopathol.
I am not familiar with these journals though. I had a very good experience
with histopathology. I submitted a manuscript Friday and got accepted the
following Monday, basically the editor made the decision and no revision... |

妻子刚过了34岁生日，家里一个3岁一个1岁娃。接到大夫电话自己都傻了，到现在不是
很相信，恳请版上热心的朋友帮忙看看这个确定的概率有多大，感激不尽。另外如果有
好的南加地区的 ONCOLOGIEST 也恳请推荐。
大致情况是去年初生了老二之后，在月子里有一天吃了朋友送的酒酿之后当日小腹疼，
拉稀，之后断断续续一直这样时好时坏。因为哺乳所以没吃药。后来家里给寄了一些叫
“思密达”的粉状药说可以缓解症状吃了很多。到去年入秋突然有一晚胃疼的直不起腰
，去看了primary physician，作了血检，什么也没查出来，而且到了那就不那么疼了
，给refer了GI specialist,也没说什么就说要注意饮食。今年3月初又一次疼痛难忍，

该是头着地的，当时我blackout了，不知道怎么摔的，总之醒来一群人围着，也不知道
在哪儿，救护车到了。速度就是刷平路的速度，也没有特别快或怎样。 |

发帖数: 1339 | 14 回归到骑车的主题。岛上租自行车非常方便，最大的bike shop叫做free motion。他们
的网站做的十分shiny，自行车基本是Cannondale，质优价廉，租金一天大概20-30欧不
等，比起纽约来简直是太便宜了。这个车店在岛上有好几个分店，每家每天都有group
ride按时出发，我看他们出发的驾式，貌似还是分了好几个小分队的。但听说参加
group ride的人平均水平都很高，估计一爬山，刚认识的新朋友就都不见了。自己带自
行车的人也很多，如果带自己的车，最好你的车不是39/25... 因为岛上的婆子... 真
的有点陡...
适合骑行的路线大部分集中在岛的南边。北边也有不错的景点，但据说traffic比较多
，汽车的耐心也没有南面好。环岛190km，纵穿小岛大概100mi。
规划路线时几个小建议：一是尽量多呆两天，每天安排50-80mi，一般来说爬升在7000-
10000ft，这样比较可持续发展。那些detour 10mi，爬2000ft的景点，画在地图上总是
轻松，骑在路面上那是苦不堪言，尽量不要安排...
二是路线尽量延着GC-公路，千万不要随意在山路小道上穿梭... 阅读全帖 |

pathology, Arch Pathol lab med......
Or Modern pathology and American journal of surgical pathology, which are a
little better than above journals.
Bear in mind that clinical research is much easier to publish than basic
path research .... |

We actually tried Arch Pathol lab med, but the editor simply rejected it.
Seems rediculous to me.
Will try Histopatholoyg and human pathology afterwards.
Are there any even lower journals? |
