Add seasoned salt ($1.5 in Walmart) or Burger Seasoning ($2 Walmart);
Pan grilled into burger patties, 1 lb beef can make 3-4 patties;
Romaine Lettuce, use outside leafs, I use 3 leafs to make a wrap.
Do not cut lettuce, just place two in the bottom, add a patty （你可以把一块

Add Mayo, 2 tsp
Place the third leaf on top。

大概做法就是costco买的lean ground beef回家拍成薄薄的patty； 把paprika, salt,
garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme和
匀撒在patty上； 然后直接cast iron伺候，不放油，patty里的油会被逼出来一些，
but juicy enough to taste good. 再加上新鲜的西红柿片，red onion，好吃又不垃
圾。
你说的煎炸的东西我很少吃，薯条可能几个月吃一次。但是肉还是可以吃的，看原料和
做法，也看什么时候吃。跑完步举完重吃个burger也不过分，补充点蛋白质和碳水嘛。 |

这位史上布鲁斯绝对大师级的，灵魂人物。
他的经典作品，layla, tears in heaven, cocaine，wonderful tonight, 好多人都朗
朗上口。
他得过无数格莱美奖，题名就不计了。
他的编曲，他的词，他精湛的琴艺，不管是电子，还是unplugged的
每次我听完他的现场的video， 都无法克制的激动，
无法想象如果去看他的现场，那是多么畅快淋漓！
我现在已经把听一次clapton的unplugged现场定为近期目标了。
因为他真正开演唱会的机会真的不多了，
他真的老了。
现在每次开，都应该是最后几次的绝唱了。

on Capitol Hill.
The bipartisan package includes $63 billion of “sequester relief,” $85

agreement would set the discretionary spending level for fiscal year 2014 at
$1.012 trillion, and $1.014 trillion in FY 2015.

1. 大概半磅的ground bison，加一小勺worcestershire酱，一只全蛋，盐、蒜粉、黑
椒、BBQ steak rub适量
2. 喜欢的蘑菇，大量切碎；1/4只洋葱，切碎；喜欢的芝士，擦丝。加到肉馅里。
3. 筷子/叉子搅匀，hand mixer最高档猛力打一会儿。
4. 喜欢的芝士，擦一碗丝。
5. 肉馅分成四分，每份握圆，挖一个小坑，填芝士丝，包起来，尽量封住。按扁。
6. 铸铁grill pan烧热，喷油。放上四个patty，耐心等一面brown，小心翻面不要破。
喜欢菱形格子花纹的自行转一下。

这里再次分享有关想法：
这里推荐的原则是： 只投给华人加上一个现任， 在Cupertino, 现任是 印度人
Anjali, 在Saratoga, 现任是 白人Patty Buchanan。
这种做法，一举多得。
（1） 华人选票不会投给 “非华人的非连任者”，这对华人的选情是非常有利了。
（2） 华人组织可以与这些候选人建立良好的关系， 便于以后沟通
（3） 去除华人只选华人的自私形象。

1. 大概半磅的ground bison，加一小勺worcestershire酱，一只全蛋，盐、蒜粉、黑
椒、BBQ steak rub适量
2. 喜欢的蘑菇，大量切碎；1/4只洋葱，切碎；喜欢的芝士，擦丝。加到肉馅里。
3. 筷子/叉子搅匀，hand mixer最高档猛力打一会儿。
4. 喜欢的芝士，擦一碗丝。
5. 肉馅分成四分，每份握圆，挖一个小坑，填芝士丝，包起来，尽量封住。按扁。
6. 铸铁grill pan烧热，喷油。放上四个patty，耐心等一面brown，小心翻面不要破。
喜欢菱形格子花纹的自行转一下。

今天中午上Fluidity，所以就在9:30吃了一顿丰盛的早饭：青白菜花烧火鸡肉饼，很好
吃耶！
买来的火鸡肉饼（turkey burger patti）一片（4 oz）, 锅里用1/2勺油抹匀烧热，肉
饼两面稍微煎一下，两面都洒点盐，加点白葡萄酒，把切好的白花菜（1 cup）和小菜
头（4个，对半切开）加进去，加1/2 cup西红柿酱(Trader Joe's tomato basil
marinara) 和香菜末，加少许水，盖上锅盖焖几分钟，肉饼看着发鼓了就好了。把菜盛
出来，把sauce稍微reduce一下，淋在菜上面就好了。总共也就10几分钟的事。
另外还吃了一片100% rye bread，喝了一杯牛奶。
