我國向美國採購的長程預警雷達，為美軍AN/FPS-115鋪路爪雷達（Pave Paws），主要
用於對洲際彈道飛彈的遠程預警。
美國本土現有麻州科德角空軍基地與加州比爾空軍基地的兩座雷達運作中，分別監控大
西洋與太平洋。阿拉斯加克利爾空軍基地還有一座雷達用於監控北太平洋、北極與俄羅
斯。
美軍另在格陵蘭與英國亦有兩座雷達站，但均由美軍操作，由此可看出台灣能從美國買
進鋪路爪雷達相當難得，也顯示台灣可以就近監控中國的地理位置，對美國確實有重大
戰略利益。
鋪路爪雷達體積巨大，高約十層樓（卅二公尺），建築物的正面則是兩組以斜面設置的
大型相列雷達，雷達涵蓋面依需要可達二百七十度。
軍方重視建設長程預警雷達，目前施工進度已可看出雛形，也有民眾在平地趁著天候良
好時，從竹苗交界以高倍望遠鏡頭攝得雷達工地畫面，連起重機的塔吊桁架都清晰可見。
鋪路爪雷達對飛彈偵測距離約五千公里，台灣採購的雷達偵測距離稍短，約達三千三百
公里，但已可達中國新疆。
我國採購案除了雷達本體，還包含兩座飛彈預警中心，長程預警雷達在完工啟用後，可

直到现在，米帝已经通过信息数据得出轨迹了，没有理由不按照这个线索再到处瞎猜，
所以应该集中锁定安达曼群岛及周边海域。
首先说航班被机组劫持基本没有任何悬念，可能不光是正副机师还有别人。飞机在飞了
一个小时进入巡航时调转方向往西部安达曼群岛方向飞。劫持的目的我认为不是为了制
造恐怖袭击，而是出于有目的的投奔或者是提出谈判条件。因为恐怖袭击选择一般都是
在原先规定的航线上，如果偏离航线专门飞到一个地方袭击早被红色报警盯上要求迫降
了。所以这里很多人猜的什么撞机马来，撞击北京等都不可能。另外从飞行方向看沿线
都是一些小穷国，没有恐怖袭击的目的。只有一个印度我觉得也不大可能。所以恐怖份
子劫机是为了按照命令去投奔某组织。
再来看看这个安达曼群岛，这个群岛由很多大小岛屿组成，关系复杂凌乱而且长期处于
无政府状态。其南部的主要领域首都是Port Blair，也是唯一一个大机场所在地，但是

慢的：现在居住城市，downtown附近一段freeway加一exit,*连续*干了六七年了，还没
完工！家附近一十字路口由四面stop signs改红绿灯，外加十字路口南北走向拓宽加一
左转lane,干了一年多！还有太多的例子了。
总的说来，只要是政府出钱的基建项目，可以说绝大多数比中国慢到姥姥家了。 |

WSJ：U.S. Lifts Arms Embargo on Vietnam
The U.S. will fully lift the decadeslong ban on sales of lethal arms to
Vietnam, President Barack Obama announced, saying this will end a "lingering
vestige of the Cold War" and pave the way for more-normal relations between
the two countries.
Mr. Obama said sales will still have to meet certain requirements, including
ones related to human rights. |

主题是山西省的大同市，那就应该在山西大同首播才对啊。 |
