书名叫License to Pawn，讲的是美国的典当生意。当铺号称是人类最古老的两个行业
之一，但对很多人却又有些神秘。
这本书原型是 History Channel一个很火的reality show，叫Pawn Stars，讲的是Las
Vegas一个叫Gold & Silver Pawn Shop里面每天发生的种种稀奇古怪的事情。作者Rick
Harrison祖孙三代一起经营这个当铺20多年，书里介绍了他们三代人的经历和这个
reality show如何把这一个小当铺发展成为Las Vegas的一个观光景点，同时也渗透了
很多关于当铺这个行业的知识。读起来很轻松，有点意思。
和大家一般的想象或许有些不同，当铺的生意并不仅仅是简单的以物换钱。当铺的主要
利润其实来自两块：利息和差价。
比如一个顾客由于缺钱，拿了一个花瓶到当铺，他可以有两个选择。第一个选择是，他
可以和当铺一起为他的花瓶作价，达成协议后，以此作为抵押物从当铺里获得贷款，他
定期支付利息，等到有钱的时候随时可以到当铺赎回他的东西。这种交易中当铺赚取的

层，透明胶密密麻麻。
但是他们对到底卖的什么，知之甚少。我一共吃过四次亏，其中三次都来自于pawn
store。其中有一个还是来自于NYC的某台湾人/越南人开的pawn store，专营照相器材
，居然还是top seller。买过来以后好评都留了，发现17-85的光圈排线不正常，只要
不在17端就无法工作…… |

你这个是个pawn store，5万多fb，卖各种旧货，专卖的。这是买二手相机除了scammer
之外最糟糕的选择了。包得会很好，shipping也会很快，但是内容物有啥问题，人家根
本不会知道，既无知识，也无精力。以后万万不要买了。真的要买专门的二手店旧货，
要么就是那种做电器为主，相机不识货便宜卖的（基本都是买家退货这个渠道来的），
要么就是正经二手相机店，做单反的，比如neptune photo、KEH这些。以卖DC为主的
pawn store是个忌讳。
你这个case比较糟糕。你讨不到便宜。ebay的终极手段，当说不清的时候，就是要买家
自己出邮费原物退回。ebay不是神不是百科全书，不可能啥事情都跟你掰得清清楚楚，给一个公正的partial refund出来。ebay只能full refund。
当然你如果实在不爽就直接威胁neg就行了。不退邮费就neg。他要是很强硬的话，不会
在意你这个neg的。neg之后就算撕破脸了。

都是肉鸡卡，并且那个id差点被卖我卡的人害得进了监狱。今天和卖我卡的那个人确认

丑闻以后，早就烂了。。。人家是根据 一张叫 RETAIL REPLACEMENT VALUATION 的纸, 来进
行估价和买保险的。。。不要人云亦云。。。 而我朋友同样买了NB 的钻戒 拿NB 的纸， 人家根
本不认，说NB 的价值不符合实际，没有办法pawn， 只能他们自己认定多少钱就是多少钱。。。

are still on the board, and the only pieces that r exchanged r a knight
and a pawn! but zhao mm finally found the break, and smashed opponent in
a astounding manner! after gaining a rook and a pawn and huge positional
advantage, rival resigned. cool!!!

started the offense every early in his king side. in middle game,
he sacrificed a pawn to get a tempo and assembled all his forces
(queen, two rooks, knight and bishop) in his kingside and started

to follow with a check at d6.. then white king moves
straight downwards 2-3 steps (while black keeps checking)

说你如果没打过P7, 第一枪会以为是走火，因为扳机极轻。一旦适应，就很准了。 |

Davis修了俩次没修好， 又退了两次， 还是没有完全搞定。 期间Bain & Davis的态度
极差， 没有任何积极合作的诚意， 镜子拆装两次， 后来发现有很大的ring mark。
可能我的运气不好， 不过我再也没去过Bain & Davis
我的FNP40也是在网上买的， 在Alamo Jewelry & Loan做的FFL，这是一家pawn shop,
DROS好像不贵， 有一些pawn的枪。 |

pretty good game, 9 types of jobs from fighter to sorcerer. moves/skills/
combo are way much better than Skyrim.
The size of map is perfect, not too big, not too small. Boss fights are
really exiting, each time I found new way to kill them.
NPC(pawn) is too talkative, sometimes really annoying, but they do give you
useful info about killing the enemies and finishing quests.

直接google其名字，linkdn上找到了那个pawn store，电话过去居然打对了。
周一晚上买的头，ebay shipping time写的priority mail，within 3 days。我周五早
上的飞机回国，周二打电话过去，人家答应我当天priority mail过来。
holiday season，coast to coast，2 business days还是有难度的。结果刚USPS
deliver了。入手发现condition mint，带一个rodenstock滤镜，没前盖，镜头袋上还
给我送了根背带（是那种带铁扣环的，正好装我一个没背带的包上……）。查了一下
rodenstock滤镜好象跟 shinray heliopan是一类东西，而且手头恰好有一个闲置的
72mm前盖。
