1.若这个bond规定是平常付利息，到期付本金，那么bond payable是不变的，一直保持
票面那个价值。
2.若bond规定是每期都要付利息，并支付一定本金（这个具体形式可以多种多样），这
种情况下bond payable是变化的，减少的金额就是支付的本金金额。 |

至于check是这样的，你去申请loan,cu会hard pull你credit score,然后给你一张临时
支票，但是这样支票是payable to 我的，不是给dealer的，然后dealer就不乐意了。
说他们如果要process这支票，得动用很多人力物力。让我从dealer处拿loan才靠谱。
我佬来美国十几年了，这些白人小把戏心里清楚得很。就刷了两千五信用卡做保证金，
说回去跟银行说换成personal loan（dealer说我得改成personal loan才能拿到
cashier check),尼玛他们也不看看我在那里干活，去去去，这些小把戏偏偏新来的老
中，白妞，和老黑老莫还可以，骗我就差远了，。后来提车是跟收钱的帅哥聊了一下，
立马对我老肃然起敬，哈哈。
让他们把车的几个小毛病修好，同时我回自己的CU再开一张正式的bank check,还是car
loan的那种，不过payable to dealer,回dealer处说你呀的拿去试试吧，人家两分钟

大家好，小弟在此请教大家一个问题。
前几天我在ebay上销售2份ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS6 软件，价值350美元。该软件我是从
别处合法购买，由于不再需要，就挂在ebay上出售。
今天突然收到一份来自ADOBE代理律师的email警告信，要求我终止销售，还要在10天内
上缴1200美元罚款，否则就采取进一步法律行动。
现在的问题是我合法购买的软件在ebay上销售，觉得没有什么问题。我不知道是否应该
缴纳该罚款。如果不理它，我担心他们会给我的家里地址发正式的律师信。

我自己的主贴里也是这么说的，deposit是down payment的一部分，这个我知道的。但
是down payment payable on formal contract(including good faith deposit) 肯定
是大于good faith deposit吧。
因为需要specify这部分定金是多少，如果我们反悔交易不成，deposit就拿不回来了。
所以我还问了下downpayment里面包含的deposit大约要付多少，在你之前楼上一些同学
对deposit的问题已经回答得很好了，很有帮助。
我问你的都是关于downpyament的问题，我不太明白的的是down payment给谁，你一会
说都给卖家，一会又说是closing的时候拿去让律师或者closing attorney去分。有点

几个月前，想买房子，去了一家open house，碰见了这个agent，之后他就开始带我们看房子。其
间也感觉到他不是太能干，提不出什么建设性建议。临到make an offer时，也担心他的
negotiation 能力，但是感觉他还是很卖力的带我们看房子，也挺辛苦的，于是希望让他能挣些
钱。虽然有些心理准备，可是negotiate过程中，真的感觉他太不能干，而且太偏向seller，几乎
就是seller agent的传声筒。从没有见过什么counter offer。最可恨的是后来竟告诉我们
seller的要价竟然高于以前希望的。终于受不了了，决定换agent。
从本版以前的讨论看到，说不能随便换，又保护条款。像不能卖前一个agent带你看过的房子，协议
过期后六个月还有效，等等。我现在就是想请教各位：
1。是不是我的协议过期了？（实际上这里有个小插曲，11/21/2010 实际上是我们递offer 的日
期，这应该是agent的失误）
2。 是不是我马上就可以找另一个agent了？
3。是不是我们不需要付任何违约金？

quotation from a contractor. This morning the mortgage bank told me that
payment will be a check "payable to the contractor" instead of me. Is this
reasonable? Can I ask to make it payable to me?

的Exceptions包括了卖家的一个Vendor's Lien retained in Deed 和两个 Deed of

需要一个月到三个月时间。到达最后一步的时候，钱就可以转出来了。
total是前面三部分的总和，就是说你已经或者将要拿到的回扣。
你这种情况，说明交易已经记录在案。等到这笔钱从pending变到payable，你就可以支
取了。取的钱会归到paid下。total在整个过程中，如果没有新的交易记录，保持不变。 |
