This is related to expat tax. Your company can withhold their US tax but do
not need to submit to IRS. This is call Hypo withholding.
They will pay less US tax due to foreign tax credit or foreign income
exclusion.
Usually most company will do tax equalization calculation to make sure that
their employee will not pay more tax as if they work 100% in us. The
company will pay for the fees related to US and foreign tax returns for
those invididuals.

需要能省时间，最好能够自动从我的银行扣钱把federal/state/local tax都给交了。
雇主要交6.2% Social Security，1.45%的Medicare，还有0.6%的FUTA
雇员要交：
federal的包括income和FICA(Social Security和Medicare)
state的income和State unemployment tax
local的income etc
感觉要填很多表格和check，寄很多信，一般会计师帮忙做paypoll，只是弄好这些表，
告诉你该交多少钱，然后让你签字，写check，寄表给相关部门，远远不能做到自动化。
我现在在surepayroll.com和zenpayroll.com中想选一个，只看到了他们两家写了能够

今天一个员工来说最近broke了，要求这一段时间paycheck不扣他的federal tax,被我
拒绝了。然后他找manager谈完之后，manager直接进Quickbooks把他的allowance从2改
成了9。别的税都还有，就是FED withholding变成了0.
后来我找Manager谈说最好不要这样，就算补交w4也肯定没有依据的。manager的意思是
睁一只眼闭一只眼。说那个人最近真的需要钱。。。
因为Paycheck都是我盖大Boss的signature,想问问版上有经验的前辈，遇到这种情况该
怎么处理。是我overreact了么？

今年没填。
经考古，把未填8233的讨论文献综述一下。
2011年左右有几个贴说IRS说有1042S才能claim treaty，有人用678-FS反驳过IRS，但
678-FS已经从IRS网站撤下。
2011年之前和之后都没有这样的贴，说明treaty肯定是能要到的。
但有人说要附passport和visa等复印件，这个思路是说，因为没填8233，所以把填8233
需要的东西附上（所以甚至有人觉得要附学校payroll的supporting letter和自己的说
明情况的文字）。
有人说什么都不用附，因为Schedule OI已经包含所有信息。又有人说，保险一点就附
上吧。
这就又开启了一个“保险一点就附上吧”的话题。
有人说，未填8233要treaty时要附上8833；有人反驳说，那是resident用的。但也有人
说，保险一点就都附上吧。同理也有人resident要treaty除了8833，还要附1040NR的最

无限责任公司包括：

payroll上的人口起码有15%，也就是10个人里有一个半都没有payroll工作的。
把这些所有人口都算进去，取中间值，那不就是2万7了吗。加拿大人口统计的官方数字
，你们觉得不靠谱，那是你们的问题了，官方统计的才是最可靠的事实，也就是加拿大
