，独腿还能跑个14秒，还能摸个篮筐。后来另一个韧带撕裂后现在只能打老年组网球了。

以前的状态。
做手术后就再也没打篮球。以前篮球是我唯一喜欢的体育运动。sigh |

做手术，就是买了个brace护着，以免上下楼梯时再伤着。
一年之后才真正开始重新打球，现在过去2年了，弹跳恢复了很多，但比受伤前还是差2
-3寸。平面移动和加速倒没有感觉退步太多 |

I torn it when I attempted a long pass in a soccer game. I thought my ACL
was gone too but luckily the ACL, MCL and PCL all looked fine from MRI.
The ACL repair surgery looks scary for me.
I guess Roy can still play if it is just a "slight tear". But as you said,
the injury could be worsened because of the intensity of playoff games.

发帖数: 2499 | 47 如果是MCL的话，静养就好了，医生点头前绝对不要剧烈运动。如果是ACL或者PCL的话
，partial tear严重到一定程度就要做手术重建了，因为这两个韧带是无法自我修复的。
我假设大夫没提手术的事儿，那问题不大，别担心，好好静养，只要不运动，护膝可有
可无。我做过两次膝盖韧带重建手术，倒霉的是还是同一个膝盖。对这方面也算久病成
医了。还有问题私信联系，祝好运。 |
