PD: May 15, 2006, NIW in NSC. fingerprint once. GC ordered on Oct 12, 2010.
holding EAD only and without H1B. Some people including me were worrying
about no H1B days ago when we saw a lady had problem due to no H1B.
My case shows no H1B (holding only EAD) does not influence GC. Hope this
information is helpful to someones.

10/4/10 作了SR, 被告知required security checks pending, 所以case pending, 联
系了senator和congressman,也给first lady写了信，估计起了作用，今天绿了。
今天早上还作了infopass，当时还是case pending。 |
