Research is a stepping stone to come to the US. Glad I dont have to grow bugs again.....

just a fun things to do before an important event. As long as your nails
are clean and short, they don't really care.
Next time, I am ready to get both mani and pedi, or maybe even a deep
tissue massage.... |

chances可能遇到同一个面试官，被问到同样的面试题的机会太小了，绝对不会因为同

原来国内的临床经验对纽约的program很有用, 不管原来做的科与现在申的科是否相同
都应该写上. 临床经验有一定共性, 可以先提几句共性. 然后写过渡. 比如原来有儿
科经验, 现在要申精神科, 可以从做儿科时碰到的精神科疾病来过渡.
内科申请人很多, PS不一定有人看. 主要看国内内科临床经验, 成绩, 毕业年限和推
荐人发IV, 可能到IV时才会看PS和LOR. 精神科对成绩要求不高, 但PS在发IV前一定会
被看的.
PS千万不要发评论, 出错的机会远大于出彩.
内科community hospital不要写将来想做academic和physician scientist (如果担心
老板会在推荐信里这样写, 一定要向老板问清楚, 如果可能让老板不要这样写). 做
academic和将来做fellow是两回事.
最好查一下program的网页. 内科有的是primary care track, 这样的program 想做

Telemetry is a step down unit. You can create really good assessment skills
over there.

trainer的水平58-62,Qbank 55-60,一次65,考试时遇到约10道Pharmacology, 约5道
COPD,若干OB, Pedi, Psych, Prioritization, infection control.也有从未见过的病
名,考diagnostic methods...

，然后做NCLEX4000. 一般也只考70几分， 这学期的Pedi居然才考了50来分。小弟在这
里求问大家是如何准备的。感觉NCLEX的题简单很多，做了没有太大帮助。 |

发帖数: 183 | 20 上网看培训的地方，然后网上/电话报名就可以去了啊。cnn我也不知道是什么证书。
一般来说如果你已经在某医院上班了，那医院本身会有这样的培训，你作为员工是免费
的。但如果你现在不在医院上班，就得自己从网上在外面找了。比如我原先上班的医院
不做pedi，所以他们没有pals的培训，所以我自己从网上找到别的地方参加的培训拿的
证书。

1. local tenderness and swelling
2. pain on weight bearing

supply impairment, e.g. popliteal artery injury --> can cause thrombus

more fatigued and has some vague upset stomach. He has not had any
recurrent chest pain, but has had to sleep with 3 pillows to keep from
becoming short of breath at night the last 2 weeks. He has had difficulty
