Chicago’s downtown pedestrian way system, the Pedway, lies in the heart of
the city. This system of underground tunnels and overhead bridges links more
than 40 blocks in the Central Business District, covering roughly five
miles.

are still there. The tunnels were used until 1959 when they were vacated as
a mode of delivery. Today, some sections of the tunnels are used for utility
and communication lines, and other parts have been transformed into the
tunnels for the red and blue lines. None of the tunnels have been used for

门都得走地下pedway。夏天也是又潮又热。比东部的城市还恶劣得多 |

但是避免ALLEY，PT旁边的车站附近AALEY，去年半夜发生过抢劫案。 |
