不胡扯啊，暂且认为1和3是同类产品啊，这个我有，第二个我也有个类似的，所以还是
有发言权的。
Julienne peeler在我家的使用率没有mandoline slicer高。
我的julienne peeler是OXO的，被我刮胡萝卜丝把齿都给刮弯了，还刮过苤蓝，也挺费
劲。现在就是偶尔装饰啥菜用这个可以刮出来很长很长的丝，这是mandoline做不到的。
mandoline slicer我那个是个日本牌子，20块买的，钢偏软。
不知道OXO这个做的怎么样，不过我家很多手动工具都是OXO的，我很喜欢这个牌子的产
品，设计和做工都不错。 |

人皮悟出來的，後來才知道不稀奇。我用一根調羮大概三十秒可以剝一顆。我當年高中
就是靠一根湯匙剝柳丁騙到後來的老婆的。那時男校女校出去郊遊，那女生看我細心體
貼手又巧，一下子就撲上來就然後了。
來美國後稍微升級，靠一根中大型的鐵調羮加上QQQQ推薦的peeler我可以在十幾秒內剝
好一顆。先用peeler劃兩三道痕讓調羮伸進去嘩啦一下到底。水銀剝人皮大概就那樣子。
柳丁橙子的內皮(Pith)有很多抗養化劑和纖維，那股特別的澀味不一定很多人喜歡，但
也有人很愛。不怕麻煩又注重營養的人剝了皮吃是個好主意。美國最出名的Hot Dog on
a Stick的檸檬汁那股特別味就是連著外皮內皮一起榨出來的。 |

很多都是OXO这个牌子的。这个牌子的手动小工具做的非常赞，我买过它家的东西大多
数都很喜欢，所以筒子们，如果不知道什么好用的话，买OXO的东西应该不会太离谱。
不要问我为啥选择这个背景，只因为这里是晚上光线最好的地方，台灯地下，所以背后
杂乱的电线就忽略吧。我一个一个写啊。
1、刷油的刷子，OXO，硅胶材料。中间一排“毛”是扁的，有一串洞，可以hold住更多
的液体。脑袋还向上翘，平放在counter上也不会把油糊的到处都是。刷油刷蛋液很好
用。推荐
2、苹果去核器。OXO。去年冬天给娃做辅食的时候买的。冬天能吃的水果也就是苹果和
橙类的，橙类水果听说容易过敏，所以唐菓每天的主要水果就是苹果了。缺点：有时候
会钻歪。用途单一，除了钻苹果核之外没啥用途我觉得如果在中间开条缝做成刨刀就更
好了，不知道为啥不这样做呢，原因我猜想有两个：1、一条缝开了以后金属容易在这
个地方疲劳?2、为了能多卖一把刨刀。估计第二条的可能性更大。
3、Julian peeler。OXO。表面上看上去就和平常的刨刀一样，仔细看刀片上有一排齿
，这样刮出来就是丝。可以刮很长的 |

发帖数: 1551 | 50 今天周日，在家做包子，为了安慰lg作为江南人一颗无比热爱大米的心，又做了菠萝饭。
我做的是甜式的。
原料：大米（最好用糯米，家里没有，只好用了rice medley），杏仁、葡萄干、菠萝。
步骤：
1。大米要提前一天泡好。
2。菠萝拦腰切开，把里面的果肉挖出，我先用pizza刀把里面切了几刀，然后用小刀和
勺子挖，注意皮和底部不要挖的太深，否则容易漏。
3。把挖出的菠萝肉切细，和杏仁、葡萄干一起混合，重新放进菠萝，隔水蒸。我没有
计算时间，蒸一会儿，发现米软了就可以了。
酸酸甜甜，蛮好吃的。就是挖菠萝有点麻烦，准备买个pineapple peeler了，呵呵。 |
