此间观察人士称，新增的货币无法流入实体经济，又不可能流出去，必然导致资产价格
的暴涨，尤其是流动性比较好的资产。

为执行联合国安理会有关决议,根据《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》第十六条和第十八
条规定,禁止向朝鲜出口本公告所公布的与大规模杀伤性武器及其运载工具相关的两用
物项和技术、常规武器两用品。本公告自公布之日起执行。
