is recommended to be added to the regimen ( not sure about the cure rate for

I meant
Choice A) drug or drug target discovery. You may find something which is
useful. However, all the rights will belong to companies.
Choice B) protein/drug modification. For example, PEGylation can extend the
high life of small peptide drugs. If i do some research about PEGylation, i
can't take the particular PEGlated drug with me. But I can find another drug
and do the similar thing after i leave the company.

从我画的大盘图可以看出，这半年多5浪上涨已经走完，技术上需要调整了。上周跌3天
是A浪，然后2天B浪反弹，现在开始C浪下跌。今天牛熊拉锯，没有跌下去，主要靠就业
数据，苹果和乔布斯，还有几个指数股。
还是那句话：明天很关键，我明天大盘博彩压小，呵呵。
想做多的，可以买石油，金银，技术，也可以玩生拉，其他的暂时不要碰。
美股周三收盘上涨。就业数据显示就业市场，支撑投资人对经济复苏的信心，但盘中油
价大涨突破每桶102美元，一度拖累大盘下跌，盘中三大指数在涨跌中徘徊，终场收高。
道琼工业指数收盘上涨8.78点，收在12066.8点，涨幅0.073%。那斯达克指数上涨10.66
点，收在2748.07点，涨幅0.389%。S&P 500上涨2.11点，收在1308.44点，涨幅0.162%。
自动资料处理公司(ADP)周三公布，美国二月份私人企业就业跳增21.7万人，其中中型

don't know the exact regimen used, so don't know what is the best way to
rescue bone marrow in this case.
if methotrexate was the major ingredient (as recommended for most
choriocarcinoma), bone marrow can be partially rescued by leucovorin.
methotrexate is known to have strong myelosuppression.
cisplatin is prone to cause kidney toxicity. it can be partially prevented/
rescued by sodium thiosulfate.

therapy has been available for some time, and the problem of it is the very
uncomfortable side effects of interferon (plain or pegylated).
some new drugs (w/o interferon) that are better tolerated produce lower cure
rate.
there are new combo regimens that are waiting for approval seem to produce
high cure rate w/o interferon.

you need medical grade interferon. pegylated is recommended because few
injections are needed.
the recommended treatment is long (a year) and the rate of side effects is
high. you also need another drug (ribavirin or a newer drug). |

提高affinity，肿瘤部位的聚集效果不如mAb。直接的造成的问题就是biodistribution
比较烂，造成off-target effect，心脏肾脏尤为明显。Wittrup有两篇相关的文章，理
论上推到出这个结论。Darpin的实验结果也符合Wittrup的模型。所以现在Darpin也开
始做PEGylation了。。。 |

Anyone has the their old catelog or knows other company provide PEFylation
products?

especially
I just heard from a prof that the Nektar (previously Inhale Therapeutic
System) got some serious porblems in their Inhale Insulin Exupera Phase III
clinical trial. so they put more attention to PEGylation product right now.
Also, the efficiency for inhale insulin is pretty lower compared to SC
injection.

的解读)，我不得不说，Dai博士给这个杂志做出了吓人的榜样。编辑们大概会很高兴，
因为这样一来没有两把刷子和足够工作量的文章是不会乱投过来的。

司还是没有这方面的剂型. Magic bullet肯定是下一代药物的主流, 但在我们的有生之
年,怕是看不到这类药规模化.
至于申请学校,做这个的faculty也不多. 可以试试UCLA的William Pardridge实验室.他
的研究更偏向与生物背景. |

新药寄给他。这个生物药就是Savient Pharmaceuticals的Pegloticase，这个药是
pegylated peptide,分子量497 kDa，注射用药。请问：
1.这种注射药一般需要医生护士才能注射吗？
2.这种药会是处方药吗？
3.哪里能买到这种新药？
4.美国允许向外国邮寄这种药吗？
5.国内海关或者药品局允许从国外邮寄这种药吗？这个药估计没有在国内注册。
