Lack of vitamins B2 or B6 can cause dermatitis, or inflamed and irritated
skin, and cracked skin around the corners of your mouth. Vitamin B6
deficiency in particular may cause dermatitis around your nose and lips. Get
more vitamin B2 from dark green vegetables, whole grains and liver and
vitamin B6 from green, leafy vegetables, pork, legumes and whole grains.

我小时候冬天经常口腔溃疡就是吃几天维生素B2
我至今个个牙都是好的，也没有任何蛀牙，
那小时候那些个发作应该也不是口腔卫生问题
这个鸡蛋黄里不就很多吗

比如克隆氏症患者就经常诱发溃疡。而且所有你们说的这些
方子都无效。
