DV这个其实还是次要问题，民主党对合法移民法案的排挤主要根源是非法移民关系到他
们的票仓。他们要想近办法讨好Hispanic选民，合法移民是要绑在他们的非法移民上的
。 共和党温和派提出的现有非法移民慢慢洗白，但要secure边境这样常人看来再合理
不过的基本方案，都无法获得pelosi/reid的响应。应该说，不少民主党人对于解决合
法移民并不反对，对于共和党温和的非法移民解决方案也基本同意。但症结是民主党的
一些人就是要无条件的全盘接受非法移民，而且要继续开发边境变相鼓励非法移民到来
。这帮人虽然人数不是很多，但pelosi/reid需要他们在其他问题上合作，所以也只好
听之任之。一直以来，所谓的综合移民解决方案，民主党基本都是把这样的条件摆到共
和党面前，共和党当然不干了。受少数西裔牵制的民主党反过来说，你不同意这些，合
法移民也别想解决。

Trump赢了，Senate到了55-45左右，这下Health care不用看Collins的脸色了--但是要
看house dems的脸色了。
我其实不觉得这种多拿2个senator，多拿1个governor，丢掉10+个house seats的策略
有什么好的，但是似乎就是这样了。
下面可以算一下2018-2020年的政局。首先看看filibuster-proof majority都有哪些人：

Manchin
Doug Jones
Tester
Mark Warner
Angus King
也就是说，搞定independent Angus King和一个Dem Mark Warner，再加上几个比较中
间派的Dems，就可以到60了。这看着来说确实是个好执政的时间啊。
可惜的是house丢了。house如果拿出straight Dem vote的政策，senate肯定不会要的
。如果是problem solver caucus的bipartisan政策，倒是个实行的好时机。

做的是先稳住地盘，再把摇摆州拿下。
相对而言，全球化大财团更喜欢民主党一些，民主党想同时拥抱全球化利益团体和五大
湖蓝领白人这基本上是不可能的任务，早点切割吧，反正芝加哥城区还有明尼苏达州民
主党是不会丢的，只能这样了，没办法。
如果只论内华达，新墨西哥，亚利桑那，至少内华达，新墨西哥已经是浅蓝，就看谁能
拿下AZ，AZ能源产业发达，钱财滚滚，必须拿下，不然凭什么做dems的lord，这三个州
经济越来越强，人口越来越多，拿下等于民主党多了第三块金矿，五大湖区我个人觉得
民主党早点放弃吧。

议员其实做的不错啊，完全被他连累了，pelosi的立法效率不高吗？选民在10年让民主
党失去了63席，这简直是公开侮辱pelosi，冷战后最惊人的一次席位变动。 |

飞机去Warzone.理由是政府ShutDown。
但在他取消佩罗西的Trip 的同一天，他老婆乘坐空军一号去Florida度假。
