pelvic exam. and you can feel it yourself by simple palpation with a bit
pressure. so i guess, the probability of solid mass is small. MRI might be
used to rule out complex cyst. Complex cyst is complex (so can be either way
). Simple cyst is always benign. |

They do regular physicals exams and can prescribe contraceptives. Ob/gyn can

family doctor for other stuff...

大概从一个月前发现左下腹疼痛，就是和肚脐平行靠近腰的位置，有时还放射到相同位
置的背侧疼。不分时候，白天晚上都会时不时的疼，没有规律。刚发现是站起来走路时
加重。这几天几乎一直疼。
• 疼痛一周后去见obgyn，给physically 检查了子宫什么的，说正常。
• 一周后疼痛不减，就给做了妇科的B超，也都正常。
• 又过了一周，做urine test排除肾结石，也negative.
• 当时obgyn说他能想到的一个可能是endometriosis, but need to use
laprascopy to confirm. 因为是创伤性的检查，不建议马上做。 所以先做了个之后又
做了腹部CT （oral and IV contrast）, 结果总的说也正常。具体内容如下。我怀疑
是不是liver cyst 造成的？上周我没有觉得特别不舒服。可是从周六开始，腹部疼痛

persistant constipation. The basic workup should at least include
colonoscopy to check for colon polyps, sitz mark to check for colon transit
time, and possibly defecography and/or anorectal manometry to check for
pelvic muscle dysfunctions. If any abnormalities are found, you need to get
them treated.
For idiopathic chronic constipation, you can safely take MiraLax for life.

看过中西医，中医认为是肾病早期，开了很多补肾的药，没敢吃；西医认为没有严重的
浮肿症状，就没什么，把我打发了。
回美后做了膀胱镜（应该不是尿道镜，感觉探头没进入那么深，一下就做完了），没有
结石，肾部B超也没结石。从那时起，所有尿检都有潜血1+，跟月经期没关系；某次潜
血达2+，还有少量leukocytes，另一次尿检还有trace ketone。
13年上半年做妇科B超时，B超师发现我虽然上了厕所觉得排空了，膀胱里还有些尿，这
是尿滞留吗？13年下半年做体检B超，发现右肾9.5厘米，左肾10.5厘米，没有肾积水，
这边的医生认为正常。
这八年间仍偶有UTI，吃过几次抗生素都好了。喝水了就爱跑厕所，不能用力排尿，否
则尿道不舒服；不能久坐，否则会阴/pelvic area附近痛，尤其右边pubic hair往上一
点里面有一个部位总疼。分不清这是妇科还是泌尿的问题，妇科内检没摸到异常，B超
正常，国内的医生也说位置偏低，不像附件。另外，上眼皮早上起来比较肿，身体其它
部位不肿。

儿子现在打冰球，前一段时间由于赛季结束，比赛比较频繁，连续三周每个周末都要打
五场比赛。最近改为每周一次训练式对抗赛。在X光确诊后，曾问他滑冰时有没有感觉
左右腿异样。他说他一直觉得右腿比较有力，因此比赛时为了滑地更快，他通常更依赖
右腿用力。有别于训练，由于是比赛，他也无法做到平衡使用左右腿，而只是下意识使
用更能够加快速度的滑法。

宝宝从上次的0.5 inch长到了1 inch多（从头到bottom，没包括缩着的腿脚），心跳
176.b超图片刚在电脑上显示的时候，居然看见宝宝的手挥舞了几下，像是在和我们打
招呼。
然后抽了血样，验一堆东西（忘记具体是什么了）；最后mid wife给做了pap smear和
检查了uterus和pelvic的位置啥的，用东西伸进去检查的，有点点不是很舒服:(
怕lg憋得太辛苦，特意问了问做功课的事情，出乎意料，她说，孕期其实应该
regularly的做功课，包括前后三个月。她说，宝宝会不会流掉，和做不做功课完全没
关系，还说，孕期经常性的做功课，有助于准时due d |

规律。
今年开始计划怀孕，从1月份开始用排卵试纸测排卵期并记录。但是因为和LD两地分居
，只有2月和5月在排卵期左右做过，都没有成功。让我最奇怪的是，在这两个月里月经
都在排卵后9天就来了，其他月份都是13-14天，所以一开始我还以为是着床出血，但是
怀孕试纸一直阴性，血量也很大，看来不是。姐妹们有过这种经历或者知道这个可能是
什么原因吗？
我以前因为痛经看过医生，也做过pelvic ultrasound，OB建议我做腹腔镜（
laparoscopic surgery）以诊断（同时治疗）可能的子宫内膜异位症，还可以提高怀孕
的概率，但是校医认为手术不好，应该试着怀孕，如果成功，子宫内膜异位症很可能自
然消退。
我现在的学生保险非常好，这个手术基本全包，但是很快要换成LD的烂保险，
deductible$3000，annual maximum OOP $6000，所以考虑毕业前做这个腹腔镜。
我在网上查到的腹腔镜信息很不一致，有的说会帮助怀孕，但是必须在手术后六个月内
，否则容易复发。有的说手术后经常出现粘连 |

上就是护士在给你接生。我是在30周换的，先前的那个对我说，gravity has nothing

。很多人都说到了最后几个星期miserable,我觉得还不至于，我觉得每天散步很好，还
有pelvic tilt, kegel,越早开始越好，最近几个星期觉得明显下身有压力，脚肿，但
是没什么不能忍受的。
50％的双宝是vaginal birth,我们的计划是用了个很有经验的midwife,作为doula陪我
們去医院，等到至少5～6cm再去。我很怕他们给我IV， continuous EFM, pit和
epidural,而且在医院里不能吃喝（十几个小时下来不要饿死渴死？）。我们选的医院
有jacuzzi,准备等到push的时候再出来。
现在正努力争取能够捱到38周，不少的双宝妈妈都有preterm labor,然后都去医院打
magnesium停止contraction，还有打steroid to speed up lung development, 想到他
们要进NICU就可怕，我也想avoid C-section at all costs,我們十分憧憬skin to
skin, rooming |

医生说最早可以在39周给我做催产，这样保险公司不会找我麻烦。

我刚做完37周的B超，也说双肾增大，前面29周和33周B超都没有过这个问题，B超是这
样写的：
There is bilateral renal fetal pelvic dilatation with that on the right
measuring 10mm AP and that on the left measuring 9.1mm AP. Mild distension
of the infundibula is seen as well.
OB也说比较普遍，并说小孩生下来后会再让儿医做B超。我也很耽心，希望他快点出来
，快点检查了没事。 |
