2006 年底与朋友合伙购买了一个餐馆的corporation share, 共 四个人，每人25% 股
份。因为只有我懂英文，被任命为president，负责外协。2008年我们把所有的share都
卖了，其实也就是餐馆转让了。
当时我们请了一个本地的会计师。觉得她人挺好的。还推荐给新的餐馆owner。所以从
2006 年底这个餐馆一直由这个会计师负责帐务。4个月前，据说这个会计师突然消失了
。不接电话也找不到人。直接导致餐馆因为晚交税被罚款。新的餐馆owner只好另外找
了一个会计师。结果上个星期新会计师告诉他们，公司有一个大额的civil penalty
pending ，是因为2007年的W2 form 没有交。新owner就找到了我们，要求我们负责。
我们找到了以前的会计师，她说2007 年的W2 form早就交了，可能整个package 丢了。
也许IRS找她要过，但是她不记得了。后来我们才得知这个会计师以前有过破产记录，
去年被吊销了营业执照，现在mortgage 出了问题，房子也被收回了。她一直在家办公

11月1号签的lease，很又可能要搬走，因为门窗都关不严，漏风漏声，screen也是脱离
导轨的。当时看房子的时候管理处说fix，结果只是在门框窗框贴了一圈
weatherstripping而已，一点都不隔声也不挡风，而且贴了之后窗完全开不了了，卡死
了。门开起来也很困难。screen也拉不了。我们跟管理处说了好几次之后，得到的回复
是不会再修了，只是这样了。但是窗户漏声漏得太厉害，晚上吵的根本睡不了，而且会
冷。现在的大火，门口都能看见落下的灰了，我们很担心过两天烟过来就直接熏进屋子
里了。
上个星期跟邻居聊起来，邻居的门窗都是这样关不严，门外的纱窗也是松的，冬天漏风
夏天进虫子，跟管理处说过很多次他们就是贴上那种最便宜的海绵条就不管了，贴上了
之后门窗就很难拉开。 |

How the ObamaCare Tax Penalty Works
Your tax penalty (shared responsibility fee) for not having insurance is
paid on your taxes at the end of the year. If your taxable income is below
133% of the FPL you are exempt from this tax.
2014 = $95 per person per year or 1% of your Income
2015 = $325 per person per year or 2% of your Income
2016 = $695 per person per year or 2.5% of your Income
2017 = Tax Penalty will increase by the rate of inflation going forward, or
2.5% of your Income
