I. 當代天主教的現況
在福音派基督徒的圈子內，對天主教的評價非常分歧。在二十世紀前，大部份基要派的基
督徒不但認為天主教是異端，甚至認為梵諦岡教廷就是啟示錄當中的「大紅龍」。但是
二十
世紀中葉以來，也有人認為天主教與基督教完全一樣，沒有分別。到底如何評估天主教？
這是最有爭議性、最複雜的問題。
問題之一在於當代的天主教並不是像一般人所想像的那樣立場一致，由於天主教徒的差別
如此大，因此當我們說「天主教觀點是...」時，我們是指梵諦岡教廷的官方立場，並

7。1 圣经原文：一谈到字义和文法解经，我们无法避免一定要谈到圣经原文的问
题(旧约的希伯来文和新约的希腊文)。用语言学的方法从事经文释义，最基本的假设是
：一个优良、可靠的经文释义，必须根据原文。我们基督教信仰中的那些伟大教义，惟
有建立在从原文所作的经文释义上才是可靠的。这是一切优秀学术研究的原则。解释圣
经的人若只是根据现代译本来解释圣经，那么在他和圣经原文之间就有一层幔子隔着。
他永远无法知道，这一层幔子到底有多厚、多薄。我举几个例子，让大家看到不懂原文
的人在解经时可能偏离经文的正确意思。
天主教有七大圣礼，其中之一是婚礼。这是基于一段新约圣经经文，弗五：31 - 32 。
拉丁文的《武加大译本》把“人要离开父母，与妻子连合，二人成为一体。这是极大的
奥秘。。”译为“。。这是极大的圣礼。。”拉丁文 sacramentum （英文 sacrament
，中文“圣礼”)不错是来自希腊文的 musterion （mystery 奥秘），但保罗在弗五：

恭喜妳已有了男朋友，但可惜的，对方即是一位天主教徒。不错，有的人真的不明白，
以为天主教和基督教原是一样；但也有些人虽明知这两个宗教是完全不同，却故意地把
它们说成一样的，这是另有「居心」和「目的」的。我可以很坦率地告诉你，基督教与
天主教完全不同，在教义上有极大的分别，基督徒不应与天主教徒结婚。除非对方在结
婚前，公开放弃天主教信仰，而受洗变成基督徒。
基督徒为什么不能和天主教徒结婚？请看下文。
原来，天主教有许多教义是完全违反圣经真理，是基督徒所不能接受的。天主教主张：
(一)教皇无误论（Infallibility）。这是在一八六九年、七○年梵谛冈会议通过者，
