鸦，被涂污的包括14辆停放街头的私人汽车。有些车主对事件发生于民权运动领袖“马

大多是中国人，第二多印度人，少许韩国人，这三个族群都是非常抗危机的。
到下一次经济危机的时候，rancho bernardo就是非常抗跌的区了。
penasquitos也是换进去了无数中国人，以后从cv一直到4s ranch, 都是抗跌区。 |

难道就证明cv住着太危险了？
anyway, la jolla, cv, 4s ranch, penasquitos, carlsbed, 等等，都是sd的好区，
有必要把xx争论成比**差吗。

尽量问她。Anyway,中国人都有选择那里肯定有它的道理嘛。我有一个朋友看房子看了
五年，后来选择了4S的新区，就是因为小区性价比好。前两年许多中国人都纷纷从
Rancho Bernardo, Penasquitos, Scripps Ranch and Poway搬到4S。
那里华人资源是很丰富。图书馆馆长， June Zhang是很好的华裔，给我们中国老人办
了很多很好的活动。下期的<华人>杂志上就会专门介绍她。4S每个公园都有很多中国老
人晨练，交换他们的育孙经，洋插队经，甚至在WaterPark早上还有牌局。就连我们圣

我家大宝在Rancho Penasquitos KinderCare,一年多了，感觉还不错，每天都挺开心的
，从两岁班才升到3岁班不久。其他还好，就是老师的turnover ratio有点高，不过班
上的主要老师对我家大宝还不错。
主要是我家大宝太调皮了，想他去蒙校学点规矩，学点东西。
也不知道从daycare转去蒙校，娃娃能适宜不。 |

。去meetup.com有很多组织的。例如International Mom, Asian Moms等等。不过如果
孩子上学的话，很多组织就懒得去了。Mother of Preschoolers挺好的。据说CV附近的
已经满员，但你可以参加Rancho Penasquitos New Hope Church的，半年￥55，一月两
次活动，活动还挺不错的。

结果把city council disctrict重新划分一下，让各区人口基本相等。原来有8个，这次是要
新增加一个9th disctrict，某些亚裔的组织希望把亚裔集中的mira mesa,rancho
penasquitos等地方划到这个新区，这样增加以后选出亚裔议员的可能性。明天这个
public hearing就是关于这个重新分区的，会有各路群众发言表达对分区的看法。有空
的同学show up一下，就算是壮大对我们有利的发言的声势 |

。这些人多的学校一般不会差。菲律宾人和越南人可能相对弱一点。所以除了亚裔比例
外还要注意是什么样的亚裔，但是你这些可以从free lunch的比例上看出。PQ的Los
Penasquitos Elementary School就是一个特殊的例子，由于边上apartment多，还有很
多是政府补助的，所以学生比例较鱼龙混杂。这个校长很棒，所以分数还不错，但华人
很少。你是否愿意把孩子送去就是你自己的决定了。 |

could you share the info how big the yard, how often do you water, how long
for each time and finally the monthly water bill?
The bill seems really high for ours (100/month) but I only water like twice
a week, 20 minutes totally each time. I checked the meter, there is no leak.
One of my coworkers lives in La Mesa, she waters her lawn (big one) 10
