一次base charge,没便宜多少。很多variable rate的低费率都只有第一个月才有保障
的，以后就懒得转了。最近刚换成他家的fixed plan了。
pennywisepower只接受autodraft付款，其实也挺省心的，没有别的猫腻。
新搬家，如果时间紧，开通最快的是大公司，reliant和TXU，不会误事，其它小公司可
能要提前个把星期。这里考古推荐最多的是BOUNCE，一堆想赚refer credit的托。我以
前还用过startex 和amigo.后者cancel的时候客服很差，我和我的老美同事都遇到过麻
烦。 |

plan，选择多的真是让人叹为观止！在新房盖好前，租了个标准的三层townhouse：第
三层一卧一卫、第二层一卧一卫、最底下是车库。据leasing office的人说，房子有两
个独立的电力heater，不用都打开。之后很长一段时间，三楼应该都不会住人。我们的
新房子大概明年4、5月盖好，在一个街区。
想请教一下，这种情况的townhouse过个冬天，一个月大概要用多少kWh的电？我们现在
住在La Jolla，冬不用heater，夏不用空调，每个月用电不超过120kWh。对于大德州动
不动就1000kWh，甚至2000kWh的plan完全没有概念。四月之后修好的新房子不大，总共
才2800 sqft，然后据builder说很高效节能。我在想是现在弄个12个月的plan，之后转
到新房子那边去，还是先弄个短的用着看看。
最后就是请推荐靠谱的电力公司了，现在看到比较适合的plan有Reliant的

automatically the best.. hehe..
and while we r on the topic of punk... u know what my biggest gripe with punk
is?... lack of intelligence... alot of punk are just thuggish white kids to
act silly and tough.. that is my opinion btw.. :-) However, just because it is
punk doesn't mean it has to be the lowest denominator... I think the clash,
sex pistols, modern lovers, the cure, and later punk bands like pennywise...
