In the retail branches that need to face clients (retail customers or
corporate customers), most college new graduates get at least AVP title.
In IT, most peole who have Master degree in computer science with 3-5 years
get VP title.

his parent just got the visa and will be here A.S.A.P.

There're definitely some ice tools that some peole like a lot, but I don't
like, even on the same type of climbs. Some popular ice tools are too heavy
