1、学区房，cumberland school；
2、gas制热，所以冬天会比用电的小区省很多；
3、厨房的洗碗机、电炉、冰箱全是我们2月份搬进来的时候给换的全新的，保持的很干
净；家里有小孩儿，所以地毯每天都有吸；
4、这个房子本身户型很好，living room/dining room/bedroom全都朝南，所以住着很
舒服。我们是因为宝宝大了想要换两房的房子，所以才转租。

衣机，冰箱，微波炉，房间超大， 超大壁橱储藏间，光线通风好，面积一共1170
square feet. gas 空调暖气，物业完善，免费室外游泳池，网球场，健身房。近沃尔
玛步行大约五分钟，门口有1B，5B bus 到普度大学。cumberland school 学区内，校
车站就在房子门口外。现因为已买房需要转租，随时可入住 租期到2017年7月31日，月
租$910，免申请费。

赌城的气氛。Buffet是El Dorado的或者Peppermill的最好。 |

还有hong kong diner， 很小，但是好吃。
peppermill 的自助，circus circus游乐场跟前 有一家比较小的自助餐厅，有中餐，
墨西哥餐，还有个啥忘了，三种，便宜，墨西哥的那个只能周日喝的肉汤不错。还有
downtown的777，pho noodle也不错，比plum lane 那家好多了，还便宜。 |

Peppermill's at Reno is very nice and new, one of the better ones in Reno,
has high limit games as well.. |
