homedepot给的报价很高，里面有一项是装quarter round, 材料和labor都挺贵，超出
我们预算。
我们不太想装quarter round, 家里厨房现有的一片木地板也没有装，感觉也挺好。请
问这个quarter round现下流行么？是必须的么？一方面是有点担心如果不装，以后卖
房子会不会不好卖？另一个是现有厨房旧地板拆了以后，新地板怎么和橱柜衔接呢？
有经验的童鞋帮忙看看吧，多谢！发一个包子答谢有用的回帖！ |

宝宝出生后，应根据不同年龄阶段为宝宝选择不同的推车，一般需要两类。一类是坐卧
两用推车，一类是是外出用的便携式折叠手推车。这两类车各有用途，适用于不同场合。
坐卧两用多功能手推车：在宝宝1岁以前非常实用。
这种车虽然也可以折叠，一般来说体积还是较大，但是它功能较多。车厢可以按不同角
度调节靠背，既可以给宝宝当床、当摇篮，也可以把靠背扶起，让会坐的宝宝靠坐玩耍。
它还带有较大车篷和遮阳纱罩，宝宝小的时候，可以把车推到屋外，让宝宝在室外小睡
一会儿，晒晒太阳。
有的车还可以把卧垫掀起，下面有一个小三角座垫，宝宝学走路时可以跨坐在上面，扶
着前面的护栏，大人在后面轻推，帮助宝宝学习走路。
这种车往往还备有杂物筐，外出时可以盛放一些宝宝用品。
但是这种车不便于带宝宝远途外出，如果中途需要乘坐公共汽车就更不方便了。而且如
果家住楼层较高，用这种车带宝宝出来玩也不很方便。
还有一种是便携式折叠手推车：更适合于带1岁以后的宝宝外出游玩。价格较便宜。

I also have a Peg Pergo Vela 2011, which is lighter, easier to fold and
great for indoor use. Vela is pretty tall and very easy to handle. My baby
loves it. I tried CityMini and Britax and felt that Vela is easier to
manuver.

一直担心会不会对小孩造成影响。好处是很经得造，我儿子在家骑车，磨东西啥，地板
上都没有什么痕迹。

这儿27万的房子（5br)可以收2400-2500的租金啊（单间价格是550-700），而且学生抢
着租，很多房子都内部消化了。租给老中学生不怕收不到房租，就是脏点，得定时打扫
，最好是楼上楼下都铺

发帖数: 148 | 44 只在几个地方看了LAMINATE地板，包括LOWES, HOMEDEPOT，佳佳和长实。感觉是12MM的
LAMINATE地板，佳佳和长实的价格差不多是L/H家的一半。PERGO的有些作的有类似实木
的立体纹路，感觉不错，但是也贵不少，快4刀/SQ FT了。
两家中国店的，$1.5/sq ft的可以找到我们能接受的颜色和FINISH，都是12MM的。佳佳
的号称是BHK牌子？或者是什么德国牌子，马来造的。长实的说是中国造的，他们自己
的牌子。想请教一下大家，LAMINATE地板应该怎么选？颜色之类当然是个人选择，因人
而异。这两家都忘记问有没有WARRANTY了。不过LAMINATE 地板的WARRANTY一般能管什
么呢？ |
