4 regular cleaning with 2 insurances is not possible, from my understanding.
They always claim in your primary insurance first, then your secondary
insurance. |

你的牙齿看来问题挺大。我以前工作的诊所有一个要做perio的病人，因为嫌贵，干脆
做了全牙拔除，然后做full denture。
我看着挺心疼的，好歹是自己的牙，怎么舍得全拔了呢。 |

perios, all scaring, just wanted to pull your teeth out, because a lot of

要做deep cleaning和补9个牙，不过医生要先deep了再补。。。好像严重得就三个左右
。。。
deep cleaning：
perio Scaling and root planing UR: $228
医生说要给我加半个小时因为牙垢多，多收25快 （医生说保险不cover这个extra），
所以一个quad是253，一次下来是1000多，自己可能要给400。
filling:
Resin- one surface, Posterior $183
Resin- one surface, Anterior $178
Resin- two surface, Posterior $232
Resin- two surface, Anterior $198
Resin- three surface, Posterior $282
Resin- three surface, Anterior $232
还有一个amlgam得 two surface，收143， 不知道为什么treatment plan上除了保险还

照片，general dentist 说我那颗老发
炎的牙，牙槽骨严重损坏，可能要拔掉。然后列了首先要做的deep clean 的清单, 而
且推荐我去一个peridontist. deep
clean 清单估价如下，这些是我自己要copay的：
第一次：full mouth debridement $50 + subgingival irrigation $ 88/full
第二到第5次：perio scaling root planning $60／quad + subgigival irrigation $
69/quad
这个deep clean总共大概 $654.
后来去那个dental office推荐的peridontist，说法完全一样。牙医只先给我说了第一
步，deep clean，我的保险cover
scaling and root planning，$60 per quad, 总共$240，然后说什么放药(antibiotic
)之类的到患处，然后还没有等他 |

这个价格在每个诊所确实相差很大。因为深度洗牙的时候根据牙齿情况都有不同的
treatment.
比如有牙外周炎的，会给上药治疗，牙菌斑严重的，会用特别的工具去除。
价格我所知道的在300-1000多刀都有，看治疗方案和医生了。
你的这个一个Quadrant就收266刀，不知道他用的是什么特别的treatment？如果只是常
规的深度洗牙，这个价格我看来确实是贵的了。可能他是藤校毕业比较牛鼻？
这个WaterPik450，就是一个牙槽底部的冲洗器，是你买了一个小机器还是他帮你冲洗
收的费？我看这个东西，买买也才100多刀，便宜的就是几十刀。
不明白他为什么要特别收你冲洗的费用，这个应该算在整个treatment里的吧？
或者他们bill错了，把你没买的东西也bill 你了？去问问看？

Perio,就是牙周炎专科的dds,我昨天看的是Evegreen的那个，我知道有些General
dentist 也做一些专科方面的services,但昨天Evergreen的是我唯一一个遇到的还给大
牙做根管的General Dentist。以前我看的所有的General Dentist都告诉我它们会
refer我去Endodonist那做大牙根管。 |

。但也有OFFICE一次只做四分只一（上右，下右，上左，下左）所以就有四次。 要是
你很多年没洗牙了，建议你去PERIODONTAL OFFICE做 DEEP CLEAN，比较彻底。而且
如果你有PERIO ISSUE，有些很深的地方洁不干净的，PERIODONTIST可以打开你的GUM
，OPEN IT UP AND GET BETTER CLEANING DONE。
说了好多次了，看WASHINGTONPOST上的TOP 100 DENTIST大多都还不错的。
当然不在上边的也有很不错的：） |
