of his body and was transported by air ambulance to a burn center,

把现有的York的furnace , ac, condenser升级成Carrier这个牌子. 到报价了,给我个
将近一万三的价格,还是各种rebate,credit后的价. 那哥们用tax和financing来引诱我
赶紧开工,说8月一号以后换不算capital item,要加7%,如果我付现金可以再让3%.
幸运的是,我同事的豪宅正好上个月更换了两台,也是carrier,我记得当时听到她拿到的
价格是9000多块,两台,如果是一台大概要7000多,而且我同事的model要比我的高级. 这
水分!!!

这个builder的信誉还成，这个公司是在德州本地发家的，规模也比较大。
不过大概也要具体分地方，我当初在pearland的SCR看他家新盖的几套房子，感觉不怎
