呵呵，说起来，烟台和青岛还有沈阳大批大批的案子都是一个模子里刻出来的。我觉得
当地的签证官也都是一摞一摞钱收了放他们出来的。
振臂通过基于关键两点： persecution in the past /present;以及well-founded
fear for future persecution，就是你有切实的理由觉得再回去一定受迫害。这两点
讲圆了，就过了。
移民官又不傻，都知道玩假的呢，他们只求来的人把故事讲讲好，不要有明显漏洞让他
们制度上过不去，到时候上级揪小辫子，就放水了。
过的偶然性也非常大，有时候是看这个人顺眼，有时候是给陪同的翻译（每天进出移民
