我在BAYSIDE， 小颈，大颈之间犹豫不决，大颈房子普遍好一些， 高中也好一些。可
是听说那边主要都是PERSIAN JEWS，不是很友好。希望孩子能成长在一个比较接受外族
的地方，也希望能有一定的亚洲人群。
我在看LIRR STATION 和北方大道之间的房子，有XDJM住在哪里的能不能给点INPUT?

style, gold and red. No need to improve Kitchen, but the living room is a
minus, and staging and painting, drapery are pretty much Persian, which not
quite appealing to American if you choose to keep the style and sell it in
the future. |

hand woven, vegetable died, afgan made wool rug. so $350 can get you about
7 sq ft. any good Persian or Turkey made wool rug goes up to $100 per sq-ft
now. if silk,probably at least double the price. |

价是接近90刀，横向对比的话，discount还是有些大（甚至比同样增发的Rose大）。再
加上被WLL这么高的leverage放大后，对应的资产价值确实低了些。
（2）NG的FA还是太差了，从early injection到weather forecast model的预测，
marcellus的surplus以及本身的shoulder season，负面消息太多了。如果明天的EIA再
bearish的话，感觉今天收复的失地难保。

对面有家Persian馆子。

couples...
the other world is around kings point, that's the world for either the old-
money type or for the ultra wealthy Persian refugees moved there after the
Iranian revolution. that's the world not easily attainable by most of us
here... |
