我是个热爱户外, 喜欢在阳光下折腾的人, 平日里很少泡网. 去年春天, 偶然在老三
的一个帖子里, 第一次听到了菜版这个词. 好奇的找到了这个班, 并溜览了一下之後,
发现和果树相关的帖子极端的少, 且除了寒山大师之外, 也没有多少的同学谈及果树.
深感本应该也是庭院主题之一的果树种植, 在本班似乎还没得到足够的推广. 想想自己
种果树多年, 也摸索积累了一点知识与经验, 相信在这方面应该对新手能有所帮助, 於
是本著好东西要与人分享的心理, 去年五月也进了本班, 开始了施毒(白鹤语)的日子.
本班的同学们来自四面八方, 大家的成长环境不同, 但似乎大都来自凉寒地区, 对很多
水果, 尤其是可口的亚热带水果, 许多同学莫说吃过, 有些可能连听都没听过, 实在是

white peaches, regular peaches, lemon, apples, oranges and grapes in the
backyard. I believe I ate two pears, 12 loquats all year and bought fruits
from supermarkets....LOL.
Out of all these trees, the Asian pear and the loguats (枇杷) seems to be
the strongest among them. |

这个是 Robson Homes 的房子。 是一个小builder。 不过他们在Fremont建过不少小小
区。Mission Estates， Irvington的 Hummingbird都是他们建的。 印象还可以。就在
680边上， 是有些吵。但是现代的建筑材料都有很多更新， 噪声问题改进不少。
Weibel 小学一直是有overflow的。 时间长短取决于学生是几年级。 高中是Irvington
High。
