personal gift，merchidise等等是说你的交易的类型，是paypal收费和不收费的依据。
echeck，iach，credit card， paypal credit card，bml是交易的金融工具类型。
对于收钱的而言，echeck在美国需要3到5天到帐，iach是立马到帐，credit card以及
其他的也是立马到帐。 |

就r03。现在想邀请系主任以及几个同事以Sr/Key Person参与。主要就是kiss their
asses。当然很大可能是他们会同意。
我不知道这样做托不妥当在r03申请当中。需不需要提前商量好funding的利用等。假如
申请到，我可能找一个帮手来做。想在我们这个program有一个欧洲老师特别搞笑，一
直想方设法想用我startup里的钱买这买那。有时候感觉到真实讨厌，怎么会有这样的
人。一般的人都会或多或少帮助一下新ap。如果我出于好意把他加为一个key person，
我怕到时候他会把所有涉及到lab方面的活都让他的staff做，然后把数据给我，我写
paper，挂他们名，但账户里的钱估计也就都得转到他那里。这应该不是可持续发展的
一种模式。我也想找一个staff，full time 和我一起工作。慢慢的成立一个team。
前辈能不能给提些建议，需要注意的问题什么的。
